The Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment is home away from home. The rooms are very clean and well designed, no matter what floor you're on. The food is excellent quality and room service is always a comforting, lovely plus. The view of the river and the proximity to it makes for a soothing yet fun walk at all hours of the day. The nearest tube station is about a 10 minute walk but you can also just walk directly over the bridge, which is just a few steps away from the hotel, and enter directly into the city that way. The staff here are great. Taher is a wonderful individual and the front desk staff are always welcoming. I have been in London for a few weeks now and there is no hotel that compares to the Hyatt. I highly recommending choosing this hotel for your stay while in London!
Had a good stay at the Hyatt regency Albert Embankment London. Lovely attentive receptionists. Were so kind to help me correct a mistake I had made. Silent room with nice bed and good shower. Slippers and bathrobe were available in the room. Sockets in the room for European and US plug were appreciated. Window cannot open but climate control works fine and is silent. Nespresso machine, tea and milk in the room. Location is not super close to the main attractions but the underground is at a 4 minute walk. Lebanese /Japan restaurant offered a tasty dinner. Liked that they serve food till midnight. Diner on a Tuesday not busy so I could get a nice seat at the window, overlooking the Thames. Understood from staff that it's busy here in the weekends with a belly dancer in the restaurant.
Where do I begin????!!!! Beautiful hotel stay and two of the most amazing staff members/hosts I’ve ever encountered! Taher and Michelle went above and beyond for my wife and I. We travel often and this has been so memorable. The kindness and hospitality from the two of them ranks higher than 5 stars. Many stoic faces in our visit but they fade in comparison to what these two individuals have done. We will be back and I would highly recommend you stop here on your travels. This area is close to many sites and the welcoming of these two made it all the better. Many thanks again!
This Hyatt is surprisingly small. Nothing noteworthy in terms of room decor or lobby but restaurant on the ground floor is convenient and exceptionally gracious.nnThe staff were exceptional: welcoming, engaging, helpful printing up maps and giving directions/suggestions. No tube stop but a number of convenient buses.nnThe immediate neighborhood is not exciting but London is easy to navigate.nnWe wanted to thank
Had a great experience here! Michelle, Talha and Lume were just amazing and helped us whenever necessary. It was our honeymoon and they made sure that our stay was as comfortable as could be. Definitely will come back here!!
