Newly refurbished, The Westbourne Hyde Park, a family-run business over 3 generations, has emerged, lovingly transformed into a contemporary hotel.

Encompassing 8 Victorian terraced houses; one of which is a Grade II listed building; the hotel comprises 96 rooms including 26 modern one-bedroom suites, generous public areas incl. a lounge bar and a meeting room.

Lovely staff - shower tap broke and it was fixed immediately. Very friendly and helpful. Great to have a mini kitchen with utensil and a Nespresso machine. Bought breakfast items at the local supermarket. Really comfortable bed as well. Great location and easy to walk or get trains. Safety: Felt very safe Walkability: So easy to walk through Hyde Park to Oxford Street or to other areas. 6 mins away from Paddington Station and the Tube lines.
Highly recommend. Exceptional hotel in a great location. Upon entering the hotel we felt so welcome by front desk staff. Our luggage was delivered to our room… how wonderful and so appreciated. Beautiful room, so comfortable and included a kitchenette, which we utilized fully during our 4 night stay. To have breakfast in our room, a quiet cup of tea or some wine at the end of the day in our room was definitely a plus as most hotels do not have kitchen facilities… this was a main reason we chose this hotel. Comfy large bed and lovely linens and clean and well equipped bathroom. A 3 minute walk to Hyde Park, a short walk to Paddington Station and located in a quiet residential area making this a restful retreat after a day exploring London. Found no faults. Would return to this hotel again! Nearby activities: Hyde Park is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Paddington rail and tube station is a 6 minute walk from the hotel. Many great restaurants are nearby Walkability: Lots of areas to walk to from this hotel. When you are done exploring you can retreat to a comfortable room.
Great location, however i am very disappointed with the service quality, this is my 6th time staying here. I found my toilet flush was broken so i went down to the reception to arrange fixing or room change but unfortunately he said “ we are unable to fix it at the moment, you are very welcome to use the downstairs toilet if you need , also i am fully booked so i can’t change your room” it was a shock for me to see this attitude towards a guest. I feel sorry for you guys to have employed such unprofessional employees. This will be the last time staying in this hotel.
“I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s nice and quiet, and conveniently close to all the attractions and train stations. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and they maintain a daily cleaning schedule. I also appreciated that they provided water every day. I really enjoyed my time here!” Rooms: Good size room and large bathroom that was remodeled and clean. There is even smal stove and kitchen accessories to eat. We enjoyed staying here. Nearby activities: This hotel is near all the attractions and very close to train stations.
Nice hotel near Hyde Park which we enjoyed : Room layout was a bit weird with 3 small spaces - room, bathroom and kitchen + desk. Kitchen wasn't really usable and there wasn't room elsewhere for luggage. But we managed : The location is really fun with regards to Hyde Park though a bit of a walk to Paddington station which is nearest big tube station, there is a closer small station. The staff were very nice and water bottles and coffee machine were a nice touch:
Beautiful boutique hotel! The staff was very kind. We arrived quite early our first day. They stowed our luggage while we took a stroll through Hyde Park. We were able to check in early upon our return. Everyone made us very comfortable and welcome! Thank you. Rooms: Contemporary, elegant, clean and quiet. We also had a kitchenette included. Walkability: Close to Paddington Station. We walked from the station to hotel. Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and many other popular sites close by.
I definitely recommend staying here. The rooms were a great size and very clean. The staff was very friendly and the wifi worked well. It is close to transportation and not a far walk to other areas near by. The street is quiet, safe and close to cafes and other restaurants. After touring the city and seeing all the great different pockets of London and all the other hotels, I would still pick to stay at the Westbourne Hyde Park Hotel.
Fantastic hotel with excellent clean, well maintained and daily serviced rooms that allow you self cater and order takeaway. Hotel itself has a small bar and very quiet atmosphere which I appreciated arriving back late from business Location couldn't be better as right beside Hyde park and 3 minutes walk from Paddington station meaning it's super easy to get around London as well as to / from the airport.
I spent 10 nights at the Westbourne and could not have been happier with this hotel experience. The room was clean and quiet, being on the backside of the building. Staff was super helpful and accommodating in every way. I will definitely book at the Westbourne again for next year. Rooms: Our room was spacious and comfortable for two people, and modernized with a kitchenette - microwave, stove, and refrigerator. Walkability: Easy 10 minute walk to Paddington Station, nearby grocery stores and restaurants within one block.
Slightly disappointed with the room size, we often stay at the sister hotel, which is lovely, but paying for a super deluxe room, it was surprisingly small. Staff were amazing as and lovely, and the place smelt great as soon as we walked in, just disappointed with the room size.Rooms: 3/5
