Very good hotel, our room was nice and clean. We can find everything what we need. Delicious breakfast, you can choose what you want because lot of product’s. I recomended this place.
Nice place to stay! Breakfast excellent!!
Amazing staff. Walls were very thin and had noisy neighbours but was able to move rooms. Key cards kept failing which was annoying but easily sorted. Room was smaller than I expected and thought there could have been a little fridge and maybe a bit more in the room for a 4 star hotel.
This hotel looks great and historical old building and is in an excellent location. Afternoon Tea was superb too. Great service tasty pastries and staff was helpful.
Centrally located, and very close to Lancaster Gate Subway station, and Hyde Park. The rooms are quite cozy, with all the basic amenities. The English breakfast served in the lobby is also very good.
