Staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Price was worth it. For central Paddington, room sizes are as expected. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. I would stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.Rooms: 5/5
Ok, so if you're like my wife and I, you come to London to visit and see the sights. NOT necessarily hang out at the hotel. This place is perfect for just that. Things you will love... 1 The staff are fantastic! Attentive, friendly, engaging and always willing to help. If theres an issue, theyll do their best to fix it ASAP. Cannot say enough good things about all of them. 2 Close walking distance to 2 tube lines. Paddington, which is about 8 min walk and Lancater gate 2.5 min walk. 3 Right across from Kensington Garden, which will take you to several attractions, including Harrods about 2 miles on foot 4 Several outstanding places to eat and drink. La Meena for breakfast is tops. The Mitre across the street and the Swan for food and drinks are two more. Things you may not like... 1 rooms are really small. It's England and no space is wasted. So if you're expecting 1000 sqft, you won't get it. 2 rooms a are a bit dated. We had two twin beds, albeit very comfortable. When we were there, they were working on updating a few of them, so things may have changed since this review. All in all, we actually enjoyed staying there. It's a great launching point to all the attractions and the staff made it super enjoyable.
A fairly decent budget hotel, staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms comfortable though small with only a few small niggles. No plug in the bathroom sink and TV reception was poor.Rooms: 3/5
Excellent location. Room was tidy and clean. Bed comfortable. Shower worked. All employees very pleasant. For the price in cental London for 2 nights, we think it was fabulous.Rooms: 4/5
Rooms are tiny! Our quad, which was labeled as a quad deluxe on Agoda, has 3 beds crammed in a room and they call it a family room. One small window that is down some odd side closet in the room, so it feels like you are in a window-less box. The tv is mounted in such an odd way that you can barely see it from two of the three beds. There is no fridge, no microwave, no breakfast, no ice offered though we were told that the pub next door would get us some if we asked them. Room was clean and location is great. Which is essential because you won’t want to spend anytime in your room. Overall it is over priced for what you get.
Lovely little hotel, very clean. The reception was very nice and helpful. It does not serve breakfast, but there are some great places nearby to enjoy. Rooms: Rooms very ckean. My room was newly decorated.
Good location. Rooms are small, but tidy. Bathroom extremely small. Close to cafes and only 600m to Paddington Station and even closer to Hyde Park.Rooms: 4/5
Clean and quiet, however the single room was tiny! The air con didn't go lower than 18 degrees and the tv had very limited channels, once I found the remote which was under the bed!Rooms: 4/5

It was HORRIBLE I went there with my family for 3 days the moment we went in there it looked nothing liked the pictures. Then we had to wait 2 hour’s till we go go to our room the first night we stayed my daughter woke up with PINK EYE AND TONSILLITIS and the staff were yelling at each. Wouldn’t recommend!Rooms: 1/5
