I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The rooms are very simple, but they have everything you need when taking a trip to London. The staff has always been friendly, and you can’t beat the price of their breakfast. The location is perfect for sight seeing, and it is right next to the Underground Tube.

I have stayed at the hotel twice, it was a nice experience, everything close to the hotel is just a few steps away from Hyde Park, malls, public transportation, and restaurants. The hotel reception is very helpful. I will definitely return again
It’s small but I love it + the bed ver comfy
Terrible experience! Room was awful, tiny , dirty, window was broken, there was no wifi working, dust everywhere, very pricy as i payed 170 euros for the room , no breakfast and the staff was so rude as the level of this hotel. Don’t expect any smile from the receptionist, they are so rude and unfriendly, just flee and never book there.
It's a very good hotel, simply but good. Clean and very friendly stuff. The rooms are a little bit small but absolutely OK when you make a trip to London. The breakfast is also good. I would go there again. It's close to the metro station.
