So the hotel is really simple, rooms are really small and also the bathroom window can not be completely closed. What is good about the hotel? The location, you have an easy access to three tube station and are also at the center of London. I'll recommend the hotel for a sightseeing visit in London, when you not stay for long in the hotel room.
This hotel is in a good location and is a great place to lay your head down for the night. The rooms are basic and a little worn but are clean. You can choose from ensuite or a shared bathroom to keep the costs down. Tea and coffee was available and a there was a TV in the room.Rooms: 3/5
I stayed at this hotel a couple months ago and the kind staff came into my head as they were so kind to me. So heres my review. I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The staff and manager were extremely helpful and kind, and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. I even had a chance to sit and chat with the night staff as well as the manager and they were all super friendly. I asked them for recommendations for places to eat and they did not disappoint. The room itself was fantastic. It was a nice size and well-appointed with a TV and great bathroom and shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept like a baby. The room was also very clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was also great. It was close to many popular tourist attractions and restaurants. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The staff and room were all top-notch and the price was also very reasonable. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.
My visit to Royal Park Hotel was okay. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was dark and abit outdated. The beds had a decorative pillow and throw which had me sneezing uncontrollably so I had to remove it. The hotel wasn’t as clean and comfortable as I would’ve liked it to be but we made do with what we had.
Not really a 3 star hotel. Sorry but would not recommend. Room was on the third floor without lift. We were 3 Friends. There were two windows but one of them was opening but not staying open. Staff said it was for safety reasons but the other window was wide open and staying open. It was really hot while we were in London, there were two fans but they did not give any air really, they were useless. Staff is nice, tries to help but couldn't do much for our issues. Our room was "cleaned" but we found on the floor some empty milk capsules, plus my night suit was put roughly on my suit case which is dirty btw, never do that. Coffee Goblets were put as if they were new but Stains of coffee we drank were still there. We did not asked for a cleaning service explicitly, as we were told to Ask for it 24h before. If the hotel wants to do it, it's fine but please do it properly. The location was great though, we were at 5min of walk from tube station Bayswater.
Absolutely lovely stay here. The room was bright, not too warm even though it is August and very clean. The bathroom was a decent size with a fabulous power shower. The TV was perfectly situated opposite the bed and the WiFi was excellent. The staff on reception are outstanding! Super helpful, friendly and made our stay extra special so thank you! Highly recommend
Utterly disgusting place in terms of cleanliness. So we enter the room, which is microscopic, and we notice that the toilet bowl has pieces of fecal matter from the previous users, the room doesn't smell that great either and the bed linens are all stained. If i had gloves I'd have worn them before having to touch anything in there. Also, how can you call this a hotel? The room has no bed lights, no bed tables. To turn on/off the main light you need to go all the way back to the entrance and then you are in total darkness, no soft light, no nothing. If you don't have a torch you could hurt yourself. It's like a kid's bedroom converted to "hotel room" for the price of a 4 star hotel anywhere in Europe. Accommodation is infamously abysmal in London but this is the worst of the worst, definitely my worst experience in a Hotel in the UK, especially considering the massive price which comes to nearly 200 quid for a night.
It was a good stay for us overall, as we wanted to be close to that area of town. However, the building was old which is understandable, they didn't have any lift/elevator so it was extremely difficult to get the luggages upstairs. The hallways were really narrow and no room for 2 person walk side by side. No AC and even the window wasn't open, they had the windows holding a bit open using cups underneath of the windows lol pretty hilarious when I saw it. I noticed some small cockroaches, I honestly killed them and didn't care but I m sure some people are more picky on that front.
The staff is very friendly and the room is cozy. All the outlets have USB ports, so you can charge the phone or tablet without any adapter. The location is great, about 4 minutes from Hyde Park.Rooms: 5/5
Staff are cheery and nice, and we felt very welcome on arrival. Rooms have recently been refurbished, it's clean and comfortable. Rooms are very small, but if all you need is a bed for the night it's fine. I also liked that they offered to look after our bags on check out before we asked. That was very helpful.Rooms: 5/5
