Very nice hotel, old and with a lot of history stories. Close to Hyde Park, Underground and all you need when visiting London.
Nice hotel for a short vacation in London. Close to metrostation and hydepark. Rooms are outdated but clean. You can't expect the luxury from a 5 star hotel in a 2 star hotel so for the price i say its a pretty good hotel. The breakfast was also very nice!!!
A great hotel, great location, great value for money. Very clean and staff are very friendly. This being our second stay here we would come again. A stones throw away from the Central line and overlooking Kensington palace gardens location can’t be beaten
Historical hotel, bucket loads of character. 5* customer service. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly.
Amazing staff, glorious location, very charming. Faded charm perhaps, but charm none the less. It feels stately without feeling imposing.
