Amazing hotel, hands down my new favourite in London. Clean room, amazing view, great and easy room service. Amazing bathroom and bath! One thing - hard to keep the room at a comfortable temperature in winter, as it easily goes from too cold to too hot
Unfortunately first breakfast the waiter did not write the order down so when it did come some 40 minutes later it was wrong and Lukewarm. Next morning new waiter did write the order and it was perfect inbetween we had spoken to the chef and assured us that it was a one off. Enjoyed the stay, the room was great. Would go again
We booked Royal Lancaster for it's location & price. Found out it's right over Lancaster Station with nice places for meals around. Hyde Park is just across the road. The hotel & room is modern & luxurious & clean. The room size is not very big but good for comfort stay. We enjoy staying there & will be happy to return
I haven't been there. It was on the news and that made me look at the website!! It looks like a very nice hotel.
A lovely clean hotel. Has everything you could need for you stay, room service was lovely to. We also had a lovely young gentleman that whilst bringing out bags up to our room explained everything as it was out first time at this hotel.
Absolutely amazing. Great room with spectacular views. Nothing too much for staff. Very attentive and polite.
