Booking has relatively good reviews of the hotel and that's why I went for it. I was surprised after to read really bad reviews from Google Maps. I was hoping that the truth would be closer to Booking, but unfortunately, the Google Maps rating is more accurate. Never again. My stay was disappointing and not a value for money, with unhelpful staff adding to the frustration. I love the hotel's location because it is conveniently close to the tube, making travel around the city incredibly easy. The proximity to public transport saves a lot of time and makes exploring local attractions stress-free. However, I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The noise from outside when opening the windows was unbearable, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable and squeaky, which is especially troublesome for a light sleeper like me. The worst part was the poor communication from the staff – they didn't reply to emails or chats, and the front desk was unhelpful, directing me to email with no response. Additionally, they provided incorrect invoice details and have yet to send the correct one despite their promise. I would not book at this place again and would rather pay extra for a more accommodating and welcoming hotel.
When I went to check in I was ignored by the 2 men on reception One was on his phone and the other was listening to music I was stood right in front of them and they didn’t even acknowledge me, poor communication left me standing at the desk half way through check going into another room for some reason, no information about breakfast or anything else, the room it’s self was nice and clean with good shower, just a bit of a mission to find as spread over three building and you have to go up and down stairs which I don’t really like dragging my bag around. Generally the hotel was good the lady on reception when checking out was very polite and friendly but I would not stay here again purely for the rudeness I experienced on my first day
I booked this through booking and when I arrived in London, I looked it up on the map to get to the hotel from the airport. I was shocked to see such a low rating, and was worried about what I had done with my reservation here. So I was already on guard. I arrived, and left my luggage and was able to come back a little later to check in. Check in was easy, and I made it to my room. It was clean, comfortable, modern, and everything I would ever want/need from a stay! I have no idea why the reviews would rate this low, but if you read your emails on how to find them, everything was clear, understandable, and exactly what I would hope for in a comfortable accomodation in London.
Nice hotel near Earls Court in London. Friendly service. Good and clean rooms but quite small.Rooms: 4/5
I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The location is so great, several types of shops around to suit needs and very safe too. The room we stayed in specifically was really cute as it had a little green backyard. The bed was comfortable and it was cleaned everyday and towels changed too! While they provide shampoo, bar soap, lotion & body wash daily, they don’t provide shower caps. Also, only the first two bottles of water that are complimentary. Furthermore, we could hear people walking above/beside us. Finally, figuring out the AC controls were a chore so we preferred to sleep with the door leading to the balcony/backyard open. It was THAT safe. To add, they also received & kept my asos order for almost two weeks before I arrived or collected my payment. And when I told them I would be arriving two hours before check-in, a room was available for me. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again!
Very nice modern, clean rooms. Small, but that's the norm in London. Would definitely return! Rooms: Small but efficient rooms. Very modern and clean comfortable beds, and coffee & tea. Walkability: Within walking distance of fast food and restaurants.
Unsuccessful hotel choice. The receptionist is very bad. The way of talking is provocative. There is no good customer service. As I arrived, the first thing I asked about the hotel was because the name of the hotel was different from the reality. It seems that there is a company managing the hotel. Secondly, when I arrived, the receptionist asked for a deposit of 100 pounds in a provocative manner, and as I made the reservation through you, because I could not. Refund No cancellation of reservation
On arrival there were three men working, I said hello and nothing was said. My partner then said hello and a man who seemed new served him. Not sure if it was because I was female or what but rubbish welcome, this is why I am giving three stars. A nice welcome goes along way. The rooms are cleaned daily which is nice. Good selection of hot drink sachets and a kettle to use. The room was very s but I loved it had everything we needed and it was very modern. We even had a balcony. It has a lovy shower too could not fault the rooms barely heard anyone. Appears there has been a lot of money put into the three hotels becoming one and it has paid off! Bed was very comfy again no complaints. Not sure this hotel caters for mobility issues as all up steps. I will likely stay here in summer. Would recommend only a two minute walk to the train station at earls court, 10 minute walk from south Kensington and 2 minutes from food and shops.
Good location 5 min walking from tube underground metro station. The bathroom was awesome with a great shower! Not a 5 stars review just because they allocated my mother and I in a very small room and hard to access, with many stairs equipped with a double bed, but in general, it was good! Rooms: Small room, but comfortable and with a great bathroom awesome shower! Walkability: 5 min from tube station
It was a luxurious experience beautiful hotel, nice staffs and perfect viewsRooms: 5/5
