Our best hotel experience of all hotels at the South coast of the UK! We had an amazing stay in this hotel and what a great hosts are Rich and Katie, no effort has been spared to make us feel like at home here. The room was cozy and beautiful furniture and the view was stunning. It was beautiful to sit on the balcony and see the ocean. We had a wonderful breakfast in the morning, down in the lobby and the homemade cakes were the best we've ever tasted. It were all kind of nice things that made our stay at sea view all the more perfect. We can highly recommend this hotel, in fact this was our best experience in all hotels that we've seen at the south coast of England. Thank you very much Rich and Katie for our lovely weekend and your hospitality - Best, Eric and Viktoria
Lovely, clean, stylish room with everything one might need. Fresh milk in the fridge, not uht. Quality hand-wash, shower gel etc. Nothing cheap and cynical about this place at all. The free addition of delicious homemade cakes and extra hot drinks in the conservatory is a generous touch. A charming place with charming hosts, my wife and I highlyrecommend Seaview Sanctuary.
Rich & Katie were fantastic hosts. Katie even gave up her parking space for us. Lovely homemade cake during our stay. Even let me watch the end of a football match in there living room. Homemade fudge on our departure. The room was a little small, but did the job. Great view of the sea from our balcony.
It was so amazing. Rich was there to meet us and helped us carry our luggage in. The room was beautiful and the view, Stunning. Rich and Katie were really helpful with helping us find some wonderful places in the area to eat. Breakfast was delivered to our door in the morning in two beautiful heart shaped wicker baskets and inside were some fruit juices, pastries, yogurt and granola. it was beautiful to sit on the balcony and have our breakfast. Also as you walk into the property there is a conservatory at the front and Katie made some wonderful brownies and there was hot drinks for ppl staying to have as and when they pleased. I’m Gluten intolerant too and Katie even made Gluten Free brownies which were the best I’ve ever tasted. It was these little kind touches that made our stay at sea view all the more perfect. We will 100% be going back again and I am going to recommend them to all my family and friends. Such a beautiful, wonderful weekend. Thank you Rich and Katie - love Laura and Jeni
Myself and my partner stayed at this lovely Guest House for 3 nights over the long Queen's Jubilee weekend and we were not disappointed! Katie and Rich were excellent hosts - friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the Deluxe room which has an en-suite bathroom and a lovely balcony which had a beautiful seafront view. The room was lovely, clean and thoughtfully presented. We enjoyed some really nice touches on offer at this establishment including an optional continental breakfast box for £6 which had a variety of options. We also really enjoyed the complimentary afternoon cakes from cupcakes to brownies to scones, freshly made by Katie which were delicious! Also as a Queen's Jubilee treat, Katie made mini versions of the official Queen's Jubilee Trifle pudding. It tasted amazing. Needless to say, we are looking forward to returning to this lovely place. I sincerely hope that this lovely Guest House continues to flourish. If you want an intimate, attentive, friendly service with a lovely clean place to stay in Eastbourne, then the Seaview Sanctuary is definitely worth a visit/stay.
Hi am Sana, I am from India and stayed here for 2 nights. Had an amazing stay, I took a Seaview room and it was very neat. The room was so neatly furnished and it had all the required amenities, which a traveller looks for.Had a peaceful stay . Day 1 they offered an orange frosting complimentary cake, which was so yummm and day 2 Katie made coconut cookies with fresh cherries. I am in London now and missing them already. Katie I want the recipe pls. Guys if ur planning to visit Eastbourne i recommend stay in Seaview sanctuary. For the sake of cookies and pastry I am definitely going to visit Seaview sanctuary again. God bless ur family with health, wealth and happiness. Nearby activities: Walkable distance Safety: It's very safe Food & drinks: Superb Noteworthy details: Super
