We have just got back from a 3 night stay here. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were cleaned every day of our stay with fresh towels etc. The hotel is situated next to the dual carriage way so expect some noise, nothing you can’t sleep through but perhaps double glazed windows would help with this. The breakfast was good. I did miss the option of being able to order a full English e.g. poached egg, mushrooms etc. But the selection of cereals, toast, croissants was more than satisfactory for the price. Free Coffee machine I became a bit obsessed with the mochas. We ate once in the evening and that was the downfall unfortunately, however, we told the staff that what we were served was not edible and they gave us a refund no questions asked. There is a bus stop round the corner which takes you to the underground, so easy access to London or wherever you want to go. Overall a great stay. Thank you
I witnessed last week an incident at your Hotel where two individuals displayed unacceptable behavior towards the receptionist, making derogatory remarks. However, the situation took a positive turn when Attila, the security, handled it with remarkable professionalism. Despite the rudeness and racism, Attila remained calm, respectful, and swiftly resolved the issue, ensuring the safety and comfort of everyone present. His prompt action to address the situation and escort the individuals off the premises was commendable. Attila's exemplary conduct serves as a reminder of the importance of treating others with dignity and respect, even in challenging circumstances. His actions truly exemplify the values of good customer service and upholding decency in our community.
Nice hotel rooms are nice really clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, bread and beans.
Very impressed with this place having just spent 3 nights here. Yes its a little basic, but has everything you need, the cleanliness is spot on everywhere. Its a small hotel but I'd rather that. The rooms are small but clean and have everything you need, bed comfy and shower amazing, only negative being the windows are not the best and let alot of noise and cold in. The food menu I found quite restrictive in choice, and also only served from 6.30 onwards which is late for me, however all the food I had was delicious with big portion sizes. Breakfast was great, with gluten free options available, also free coffee machine available all the time.nSpecial mention to the staff, everyone is so friendly, helpful and welcoming, I've felt quite vulnerable at some london hotels but this place feels very safe and welcoming.
Nice very friendly Staff. Rooms are clean and modern. On the rome are Coffee, tea, hairdryer, iron and ironboard, waterheater.nParking 7 Pounds per day night .
