After much research we chose to stay here for our family weekend in London as it is only a 10min walk to the tube station on the Piccadilly line which took us to all the places we wanted to go to, also there is secure on site parking paid separately but only £5 for 24hr which is most convenient also shops are on the doorstep for any forgotten essentials. The room was well presented and clean, the breakfast was good and filling and for London in half term the price is reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Great hotel. Lovely beds, super clean rooms. Breakfast was lovely and staff all friendly! Breakfast ladies are super welcoming - service with a smile goes a long way!nIdeally located near to the tube station. Would happily stay here again!
This hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk from Arnos Grove tube station which is on the Piccadilly line. There is also a shop next to the hotel if you need to buy any refreshments/ necessities.nnThe bed was comfy and the room was clean. I was however disappointed with the breakfast as the food didn't stay warm on the plate and the bread was stale! For some reason the coffee from the machine was cold too. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and seemed a fairly quiet area despite being near a busy junction.
Worst Premier Inn we've ever stayed in. We normally feel safe choosing Premier Inn because we've come to expect a functional, consistent offer and good standards across their different properties. Not so here. The kettle in our room tripped the electrics every time it was switched on. Reception phone was never answered so cue multiple trips down four floors to reception, trying to get assistance from a staff member whose conversation and demeanor suggested she couldn't care less. A miserable, tea-less stay. Do better, Premier Inn.nEdit: kettle eventually arrived, a couple of hours after requested. Still pretty fed up between this and the parking don't get me started on that!. Hassle we could do without.
Great hotel. Lovely breakfast. Fab location due to easily reached station into the centre of London.
