Lovely spot. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Interactions with the staff were always fantastic. Breakfast at Union Social is delicious and there's a nice range of options. Mr. Sadek was kind and helped us every day we visited the restaurant.
From the moment I walked through the doors of this hotel, I knew I was going to enjoy mynStay. The staff could not have been nicer or more fun - from the front desk to the kitchen, the coffee shop and cleaning crew. The hotel itself is sleek and modern yet comfortable and fully stocked with any amenity you might need. I loved staying at the Gantry.
Great hotel to stay in, good customer service, great rooms very well equipped, comfy beds and very clean. Big communal areas. The breakfast buffet is good. Very close to the train station, Westfield shopping center and tube. Dinner was excellent. I highly recommend it.
As a Hilton Diamond member my expectations are high however I had an exceptional experience with the breakfast staff at the hotel. The team was incredibly attentive, friendly, and ensured that every guest felt welcomed and taken care of. More notable Sadek and Madalina along with the chef! Their service was top-notch, and they went above and beyond to make sure my breakfast experience was enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding breakfast
We recently stayed at The Gantry and absolutely loved it! A new favourite hotel in London. The rooms were spacious, the bed was really comfortable, and the hotel was so close to the train station - which made it super convenient for travelling with bags. Also - wonderful front desk team. Special shout-out to Martina who was super friendly and made us feel so welcome. So much so, we extended our stay by another night and will be revisiting again this week!
