This hotel is ok, rooms are nice size and comfortable, clean, reasonable walk in shower with acceptable water pressure that stays consistent temperature. Rooms get dark and the climate control worked well, all great!nWhat let this hotel down was the elevators seemingly have persistent issues with key access not working or floor selection illumination now work. Something minor that I found frustrating was a lack of sparkling water available in the breakfast room, in order to obtain a glass of morning bubbles I had to go down to the gym to retrieve my own, otherwise would face an additional charge to have it provided in the breakfast room, I struggle to understand the rationale behind this and just seems to be something that has missed, hopefully the hotel management can recognise and rectify this before my next visit.nComplimentary drinks as a result of Hilton Diamond member were appreciated although given away to my colleague I am not currently consuming alcohol
Amazing stay with very clean and well kept rooms. The staff were very kind and helpful. The food and drinks were very nice as well with reasonable prices. Soul mama restaurant was a great experience as well. Amelia at reception was very helpful and made the check in experience very pleasant and she assisted us a lot. 10/10 would stay here again and highly recommend!
Rooms are clean and well kept. Gym could use one more bench and a barbell set, but sufficient. Water dispensers on the ground floor and gym are helpful. One light was broken in the bedroom but not a biggie. I’d heard good things about the breakfast at the Gantry from my colleagues and I agree. I ordered Vegan breakfast every morning which was cooked with great care. The staff Sadek/Edita and others have been phenomenal. Thanks!
Amazing Stay with Exceptional HospitalitynnI had an absolutely amazing stay! The hotel room was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. What truly stood out, though, was the wonderful night team who were so lovely and friendly, making me feel right at home.nnA special mention goes to Sadek from the restaurant, whose exceptional hospitality at breakfast was the highlight of my experience. His attention to detail and warm demeanor made the morning truly memorable.nnOverall, it was a perfect stay, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Looking forward to my next visit!
Szomak, the manager of the bar Union Social was amazing. He made sure we had all our drinks on time. We were extremely happy with him and also Gloria, who was ever cheerful. Couldn't recommend this place more. Lovely place, lovely staff.nnAndrea and Natasha, the staff at the reception were also sweet, and exceptional in their roles. People like these always make the experience better always. Certainly would return here.
