The rooms are quite small particularly the showers, this is pretty expected for an old building that's been updated over time. The service, however, more than makes this hotel worth it. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The food was incredible, the rooms were super clean.nWe would stay here again.
I had an amazing time at this hotel. I felt safe. It is in a walkable area. The shops around it is nice with great food. The customer service was awesome. They took really good care of me.
Spent a night here on a trip to see some family. Cheaper than I expected for the area and very well appointed - room was clean, plenty of cupboard space, bathroom was great, shower was lovely - and the desk staff were efficient. Two minor grumbles - breakfast wasn't included in the room and it was £15.50 for a full cooked breakfast which didn't come with a hot drink the staff in the restaurant were lovely, plus the food was good. They also sell some local beer behind the bar; and to get into the car park I had to double park on a very busy road in order to get someone to open the car park - if there was an easier way it could have been communicated before I arrived. However, I would strongly recommend the hotel if you're in the area and sitting outside with a beer in the evening was also quite entertaining! Lots going on.
To be honest I wasn't expecting much knowing the area. I am very happy to admit I was completely wrong. The room was excellent. The staff very professional and friendly and the food great value and better still really well made.nnI have another trip booked shortly and will stay again.nnIf I had to comment on one thing it is the sink in my bathroom was small makes wet shaving difficult but I managed and it didn't detract from a great experience
The staff here are amazing! My husband and I came to London to celebrate his beating cancer and out honeymoon and the team here went way above and beyond to celebrate these two significant events. We simply cannot thank them enough. Book your stay here!!!
