From the moment we arrived, the staff at Hyatt Regency London Stratford made our stay exceptional. Monica at check-in greeted us with genuine warmth and even shared some great tips for exploring the area. Another supervisor ensured we were well taken care of, especially since we were traveling with our toddler — the staff kindly provided milk for our son whenever we needed it, which made things so much easier.The evening refreshments were a highlight. As my wife is vegetarian, the chef and team went out of their way to prepare special vegetarian options for us. The falafel served one day was absolutely delicious — highly recommended! Breakfast each morning was also excellent with a wide range of options, though a bit of variety from day to day would make it even better.At the entrance, Aaron offered outstanding service, helping us with our luggage and even loading it into the car when we departed. Every member of the team we interacted with was professional, kind, and attentive. The rooms were spacious, thoroughly cleaned each day, and always perfectly stocked.The location couldn’t be more convenient — right next to a large shopping mall with plenty of dining options and superb Tube connectivity. Overall, our family was deeply thankful for the kindness and care shown throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Hyatt Regency London Stratford to anyone visiting London.
The hotel is located near a station and in the middle of a large outdoor mall. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very friendly service. Hassan was so helpful and hospitable when we arrived and when we had questions. Ana was so kind and went above and beyond while assisting us during breakfast helping me with a gluten free option. The breakfast was a much larger spread then I expected. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. We also had dinner one night at the restaurant in the hotel. I ordered the green curry gf and my husband the fish and chips. We were both pleased with our meals. We would definitely return to this Hyatt house. Great stay.
I stayed here for my 21st birthday getaway back in October. Location was a little questionable but I guess there isn't much you can do about that. To make up for that the staff were professional, presentable and respectful. It completely made me forget I was staying in a shopping center. Check in and check out was simple. Prompt service. And for the most part they left me alone, which as someone who isn't big on social interaction was really nice. Food was nice. I ordered a lot of room service. I booked Sunday lunch only to get there and be told they didnt have any. So instead I got the steak. Good substitute. If you don't mind staying in a shopping center would highly reccomend
I had an amazing experience at Hyatt Regency Stratford, London. I was extremely satisfied with everything. The staff were absolutely incredible — Geta, Egle, Sofia, and Ana were all so kind, welcoming, and professional. They really made us feel special.nnI had cocktails with my husband and they were perfect — beautifully made and delicious. The guy at the bar was very friendly and attentive. The food was also amazing, fresh, and full of flavour.nnThe place itself is very cozy with great vibes, super clean, and beautifully decorated for Christmas. I genuinely felt at home.nnI would definitely go back! It s an amazing place and i highly recommend it.
