Just outside Walthamstow Central and about 15/20m into Liverpool St. Good price rooms, clean and tidy. Only issue was no A/C, just a fan provided, so very toasty in a heatwave. Didn't eat breakfast, front of house staff pleasant
Had a lovely welcome from staff! First room stank of cigarettes but quickly and happily moved rooms. Room was usual OK room. Nothing fancy but clean and somewhere to sleep. Breakfast staff were friendly again and well priced for what it was but was warm not hot and a little bland but for price was more than acceptable for us. Easy to check out and perfect location for us. Would stay again. Thanks!
No doubt people will find fault with this Travel Lodge, but personally I think that provides great value for money.nThe staff are brilliant, being well-trained and helpful.nI would have no qualms about staying here again.
Great location, 2 minute walk to the tube station. Shops a 5-10 min walk. Room smelled a bit funny when entering but passed quickly with window open. Bed was very comfy!nStaff friendly.nDid the job for one night!
Overpriced hellhole. You generally know what you get with travelodge, but this is abysmal. Small noisy room, and for this I paid 140. Tiny room, tiny bathroom and on the main road - the room was too hot so had to decide between being overheated or the noise from the main road and it's Walthamstow, the noise is atrocious.nThe duvet wasn't on the bed, so if you want a duvet you have to make your own bed up.nNo internet OK half hour free but WTF.nStaff were great and the breakfast was better than expected, but last time I stay in this hovel.nOh, and my access card stopped working so had to have that reset.nJust don't. There are better and cheaper places.nPic is view from my window, which didn't have anything to prevent outside seeing in.
