Booked as a parking and overnight stay package, this hotel is perfect for a next day flight from Heathrow T4. Nice spacious room but a little too hot for me, would have liked an opening window to get some fresh air circulating. Lovely restaurant serving a good choice of food, I had one of the best burgers I've ever had ! Great meal deal to include evening meal and breakfast. The hotel has a nice bar and seating area. There is also a Costa coffee and a covered smoking balcony with access through the bar. Luggage storage if you have a later in the day flight. Would definitely use this hotel again. All in all I score it a 9 out of 10.
Great location connected to Terminal 4. It is enclosed so you won’t get wet if it rains. This was perfect for a stay seeing friends in slough and London before flying. This is a good location for a layover but also if you are only a few days in London. Great base with nice staff. The hotel has a Costa coffee and nice restaurant .Rooms: 5/5
Surprisingly awesome budget hotel within an easy walk to/from T4 note there is a specific, covered walkway from the airport - we didn't know about this! Great vegan burger + vegan options for breakfast too. Friendly staff who sorted out a noisy fan in our room promptly. Room was spacious, clean, quiet no plane noise, and comfortable. NOTE: It took us a really long time to get from this hotel to T5 due to train times probably in total about an hour and we almost missed our flight. Give yourself plenty of time at Heathrow seriously - at least 3+ hours or stay at T5 if flying out of there.
Heathrow airport hotels are usually pretty rubbish but this one is really, really good. Super clean and well maintained everywhere. Spotless. Professional, friendly and quick service. Everyone says hello and can't do enough for you. Nice, quiet rooms that seem new but are just well looked after. I'm vegan and they went out of their way to get some extra bits for me for breakfast. The food was a proper English and lots of options extras from the continental area. Perfect coffee. Never thought I'd write a review for an airport hotel but it's a rare good one!
Very well run & efficient hotel close to T4 so perfect for an overnight stay before a morning flight. The room and public areas are good and the staff really friendly. The meal deal of dinner and breakfast is well worth doing. The choice is good and the food tasty and brought quickly.Rooms: 4/5
It is located within 10mins walk from Terminal 4, equipped with a quiet and clean room with sound proof wall and a comfy bed. I would definitely recommend staying the night before an early morning connecting flight through T4. They also got a 24/7 Costa Coffee on site, which is convenient but I found their coffee quite blend compared to the ones outside. The other flaw I only found out on the spot was that they have very strict rules against early check in, you will have to pay extra 10pounds if you want to do so anytime before 3pm. Just be prepared for that so you won’t get caught by surprise!
Perfect hotel for my overnight layover in London. Didn’t have to walk outside at all. Landed in terminal 3 and took the free train to terminal 4 then the walkway to the hotel. Such a convenient location! Also the room is a good size and has comfortable amenities.Rooms: 5/5
This hotel is perfect for overnighting for terminal 4. On site parking is limited but it’s only a short walk to Terminal 4 so no problem to long stay your car first. Restaurant is much better than Premier Inn average. Staff are all very efficient, helpful and friendly. Definitely top notch. Particular mention to Valeriano who gave us service with a smile as good as any 5* establishment.
Loved staying here. It was a very long but easy walk in a raised tunnel from terminal 4. You can use a luggage cart. Just follow all the signs in terminal 4 to hotels. You can take the free Elizabeth Train from terminal to terminal by getting a free transfer ticket from the machine. It took about ten minutes to walk to terminal 4 and ten minutes to ride to terminal 2/3 to fly out. The rooms were large, clean and super dark and quiet. Shower worked well. I think there was even a little refrigerator I never opened.
Excellent location & rooms for the prive we paid. Only improvement could be to get the chair & sofa seat cleaned as there were quite a few stains. That reflects on the guests making the mess and not cleaning up. The restaurant was good. Walkability: There is a covered walkway between Terminal 4. Google maps do not show it. The website does not refer to the covered walkway from departures at Terminal 4. Elizabeth line is easily accessed from this hotel.
