I always enjoy staying here. Staff friendly and helpful. Food good quality (nothing too fancy but a good range - as you'd expect from a mid-range Hotel). Rooms are quite specious. Limited parking at hotel and no other car parks nearby.

Decent rooms and comfortable beds with helpful and friendly staff. The room thermostat was not the best and didn’t ever get warm enough to my liking, and the shower water would not get warm at all for about 10 minutes and suddenly became hot. There was also an issue with the car park where the barrier was open but the car park itself was closed so just be careful if planning to park here. Overall a reasonable stay however there are better options in the Heathrow area.

Very clean and friendly hotel. Food very good . Good location for terminal 5. Would recommend it to friends .

Staff very friendky. Rooms are clean and a great size. Parking limited.
