Dare I say it, best hotel I've stayed in at a UK airport so far. Actually felt like a hotel rather than a glorified waiting room. Very spacious and well laid out. Staff very friendly on arrival and offered plenty of assistance. Room was nice and clean with plenty of room and a comfortable bed. Price wise, I booked a room with dinner and breakfast included and that worked out very sensible as the dinner allowance is £30 each on food and it cost me less than £60 to upgrade so I'm glad I took that option. Drinks are extortionate but I suppose that is par for the course given the location. All in all, anytime we fly from heathrow this will be where we stay.
Long journey required a place to recover. The architecture of this place is quite fascinating. All the rooms look down on the central atrium where the bar and restaurant is. It’s very interesting but not intrusive. Rooms are clean and of high specification. No complaints. Top marks to the check in team who on spotting I had been through a gruelling journey gave me a free drink voucher. It’s the small things that matter!
Haven’t finished my stay yet but it’s already been such an amazing experience. Stayed in room 292 which was in immaculate condition and had lovely interior decor. Also encountered potentially the best customer service I’ve ever had from both the very generous and informative front of desk staff as well as the chief of operations. Overall, a beautifully decorated and calming hotel with kind helpful employees
Great convenient location. Beautiful interior atrium. Very expensive bar. Comfortable sized rooms. Could use a deep clean. Good food options during usual dining hours. Limited options available out of hours. Great friendly staff. Impressively quiet in rooms. Ample charging and power outlets. Would return!Rooms: 4/5
Lovely room and helpful staff, you can leave your car parked in the carpark opposite this is the reason we chose this hotel so that we could put our overnight bags back in the car before flying. Breakfast was a huge selection and good quality. Just walk a couple of seconds out of the hotel and you will find yourself in the covered walkway connecting you to the airport, it takes around 7 minutes walk in the walkway. We would definitely stay there again and will have breakfast there before we travel back home.
My flight to China was delayed until the following day - so a half-mile trek down a tunnel took nine business class passengers to the Hilton Heathrow T4 gratis for the night. The Hilton's interior surpasses that of its rather bland exterior; however, on arrival, the lights were somewhat dimmed as no meals were available apart from Room Service - a menu comprising of pizza or curry that had to be paid for. I chose the curry, but it seemed it was flown direct from India as it took an age to arrive but, to be fair, it tasted equal to the very best of India - but at a price, so it should - and while partaking in this culinary delight I was trying to access the WiFi without success - frustratingly, time flew by as did two online diplomatic meetings - until the entrance lobby receptionist tapped in some unfathomable codes at 4 am, taking me back to the reality of the world wide web and all the self-made troubles and mischief that has so sadly befallen this planet. But in the words of Clark Kent: "That is why I am here, Truth, Justice and a Better Tomorrow!" Let's hope I get to China tomorrow before it's too late. Rooms: The basin plug was jammed and bath water tepid. The pleasant Engineer sorted the basin but the water for the shower/bath remained sufficiently cold to gain pneumonia.
Thank you for being an excellent hotel for an airport stay. There is a covered walkway from Level 2 in Terminal 4 of the airport just next to the lifts in Departures which leads to 4 hotels, and the Hilton is a 7-8 minute walk through the walkway. It's really cold inside the walkway might not be in summer, but it's well-lit and a smooth walk. You come to the end of the walkway, go outside, and the hotel is to your right. The rooms are clean and spacious with well laid out, clean and spacious bathrooms. Barely any street noise and very comfortable beds. They provide basic toiletries, a shower cap, hangers in the wardrobe, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and a tea and coffee station. The staff are friendly and cheerful which makes you feel welcome. Allow 15-20 minutes to get from the hotel to the train platform in Terminal 4. Honestly, provide a pair of slippers and it's the perfect stay. Rooms: Clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Walkability: Easily walkable from Terminal 4. Food & drinks: Decent breakfast, excellent staff, and vegan options available.
Stayed here a few times and its an excellent hotel by any measure, rooms are fully soundproofed- I'm noise sensitive and was worried about hearing planes etc but it was completely quiet. Staff are all well trained and friendly, gym is great and breakfast very good quality. If you're debating which hotel to use at Heathrow take my advice and go with this option, you'll be very pleased with your choice. .
A nice place to stay and good for terminal four...i was there working for a week and got a tad board of the menu, there's nothing wrong with it, the food i did have was really good, I just struggled with a bit of a lack of choice...nothing else really about so you are kinda tied to the hotel unless you fancy a big trip out. The staff were lovely, very friendly and attentive...always smiling, which was nice to see... If anything I would say it is quite expensive...and evening meal for one person with a couple of drinks could cost about £70...a large glass of one of the cheaper red wines was £18...oh and for the majority of my stay only one out of three lifts were working, so it did get quite busy at times...
The Hilton at Terminal 4 Heathrow, the ambience exudes elegance and sophisticated creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere for guest. The service was excellent with staff smiling and ready to assist. My only regret was that my sleep was short as I needed to catch an early morning flight, but the experience was awesome and I hope to be back soon!
