Great location to stay in whether it's business or pleasure. Even though it's near to Heathrow there's no plane noise in the bedrooms. Rooms are clean and well equipped and the food is delicious. My only negative is the gym, for the size of the hotel it's too small and the range of equipment is quite poor. If you want a treatment in the spa I'd advise you book in advance.

Clean, sound proof rooms, highly trained staff, great service and clean spa, executive lounge was larger than most and offered plenty of drinks and snacks. Once again the Beds always let the Hilton chain down. As a place to sleep with people whom are mostly jet lagged a good night rest cannot be compromised. All Hilton's especially those near an airport need to understand the importance of a bed and replenish them. For a good sleep your better off at the Sofitel or even a premier Inn where they stock Hypnos beds ideal for re-charging your batteries. For everything aside from the bed Hilton is the place to be.

Great hotel. Nice rooms, insulated well and right under the flightpath. Not walking distance to Terminal 5 and requires use of a Hotel Hoppa bus at £5 each way. Payable to the driver in cash, or booked online. Be aware when trying to get to and from the hotel - Look for the bus labeled H57 or H57X (Hilton T5) when at arrivals; these buses run approximately every 10 to 15 minutes.

Lovely Hotel, modern and contemporary. Well worth the price. The Gallery Breakfast was amazing. Must be made fresh daily. Pancakes are great. Full English is delightful. Waiting Staff was lovely. Chefs will make the food how you want it and listen to you if you have any questions.

Modern Hilton, close to the Airport, with friendly and helpful staff Rooms were clean and well equipped. Food was good and tasty, though the choice felt a bit limited. Had a good breakfast in the room. A good shuttle service to T5. Made the journey very easy.
