We stayed one night after a long haul flight, the hotel is perfectly located for a one night stopover for the airport. Easy bus ride to and from the airport, lots of buses available and the buses stop right outside the hotel. The driver didn't charge us for either trip either . We arrived in the evening and very tired, the reception staff were very helpful, pleasant and friendly, a nice welcome. The rooms are clean and basic but we had a good quiet nights sleep. Breakfast is what you would expect at a budget hotel, again ,friendly staff on hand to assist. We would definitely use again if travelling to the airport.
I scored 5 mainly because of the very friendly welcome we received, and because of the pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. This no doubt really helped me, because unusually in my experience with a day room booking, I actually managed to get some much needed sleep. I also consider this hotel good value for money, which is unusual in this industry in London or next to Heathrow. I hope it stays this way.
Parking is a scam at this hotel. i visited hotel to drop my cousin used their parking. before leaving i paid for it and guess what i receive parking fine in couple of weeks. When i contacted hotel manager he said dont worry this will be taken care of and to another surprise i receive is debt recovery letter with fine being doubled. i contacted manager again and he says not to worry as this will be definitely sorted. now i am in dilemma to pay or they will for sure fix it. take care if you are using this car park.
Perfect location for catching a flight. All the buses from Heathrow central station stop right outside the hotel for just £1.75 single trip. There aren’t many facilities around the hotel but the bar and restaurant is very nice. Great rooms, clean and lots of space.
Comfortable beds, great location close to the airport. Check in process was slow due to new staff and had some issues with our door lock not working but the staff were lovely and moved us to a new room. New room had a broken toilet seat but otherwise the experience was as expected.Rooms: 4/5
I booked for a stay the night before an early departure. It was na easy check in. The room was clean and the bed was okey for a one night stay. The hotel was conveniently located to terminal 2, entrance to the return of car rental in terminal 2 and just a few steps from a gas station just if you need to fill the gas tank before returning your rental. The room was small but nothing that bother me, because I was looking just for a quick stay, basically a place to sleep and shower. The price goes accordingly to what you are receiving.
Two very small carpark probably lucky if there 20 spaces in total for the hotel and you have to pay £14 for the privilege. Quick check-in no information given at all didn't even mention about the parking until I remember that I had to pay for it ! Two lifts to all the floor's Room was an ok size, small shower room. Bed was super comfortable though there a strong smell of mastic next to shower room wall side of the bed. WiFi good Shower was warm then hot then warm not overly powerful. Towels were small Breakfast not included. Very close to Heathrow Airport opposite side of the road Because of the parking probably wouldn't stay again!
Location was relatively good. We got to the hotel at 9am after our 5am flight and check in wasn’t till 3pm and we kept asking if we can check in early and around 12 they finally “found” a room we can have but they also charged us $25 extra to check in early…..besides that the room was nice and comfy and suited our basic needsRooms: 5/5
The room was big, and ideal for families. Menu options were ok! The only downside was the room shaking a few times when a big plane took off. A 5-minute bus to/from the airport. A good stay in general!Rooms: 4/5
Booked a day room. Good value for money. The downside was after a 30 hour flight the receptionist was not the friendliest. I asked if it was possible to pay to extend my stay by an hour if I needed it and was told no. I have more of an issue with how it was communicated rather than the response. I left at the right time but spent an hour waiting for a lift in the nearby Mcdonalds but I doubt the room was needed and could have earned extra from me. The TV had loads of channels but the room was very hot and stuffy. It was not possible to open the window and it was not a relaxing stay.
