I’ve stayed here a few times now and with a bus stop almost directly outside it’s a decent location for an airport stopover. Checking in always takes far too long, with the staff seemingly tapping away forever on the computers but they’re friendly enough. It’s a large hotel but remains quiet and has always provided great sleep quality. The rooms are as you’d expect from the brand but everywhere has always been spotlessly clean and there’s no issues in the communal areas either. There’s loads of space and seating in the lobby area plus the bar is decent. It would be nice if it stayed open a bit later but it’s a nice area to relax in when it’s not full. Overall a decent option in the area and I’ll be staying many more times in the future.
The location not far from Heathrow, facilities very nicely laid out, staff were polite and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious Premier Plus worth the extra money. Sound proofing for the aircraft noise was pretty good. Breakfast was nice. What else can I say ? would use again. From Terminal Three caught the hotel Hoppa, be aware, it's a regular service, but in some cases hourly.
Fine, after we switched rooms. Opted for a Premier Plus room which is well equipped, however the level of noise from the room above was horrendous. There is absolutely zero soundproofing and you can hear a pin drop from above. The constant stomping and moving around would have resulted in no sleep whatsoever. I went down to reception to request a room change and a manager came and had a chat with me. I was informed that there had recently been renovations so there shouldn't be any noise, however our experience and according to recent reviews, the experience of many others, says different. Eventually they agreed to move us to the top floor and we were put in the room at the far end of the building, away from elevators etc. as there was now no one above us, the room was great with no issues. Had dinner in the Thyme bar; it's fine, just your standard pub food. Slightly overpriced but it's an airport hotel so to be expected. Staff there were excellent and very friendly. If you're staying here I'd highly recommend asking for a room on the second floor.
Perfect place to stay whilst using Heathrow. It has to be the best premier inn I’ve ever seen, huge! Great family room, clean and decorated modernly. Although so close to the airport, we couldn’t hear the planes from inside. We had food in the restaurant and it was really good value.
Smooth check-in, friendly staff. Very nice and clean newly refurbished room. As always had a great night sleep on the amazing, comfortable and extra large bed with the super soft pillows. Great location for the airport terminal 2 & 3. Delicious breakfast, with lots of variety and freshly cooked.Rooms: 5/5
We had a great stay at premier inn, Heathrow airport. Rooms were clean. Food was great especially the buffet breakfast. And we really enjoyed that the kids had free breakfast. Our only complaint was that we were charged for the shuttle! We commuted into London for a couple of days and actually ended up using the local bus service which was less than a third of the price of the shuttle!! Other than that a great stay!
Very nice, comfortable and spacious room, perfect for a good night's sleep before an early morning flight. Parking is expensive at £15 per 24 hrs, especially as I was only there for about 7 hours, a half day parking option would be more flexible but I suppose it's a good money maker for the hotel to charge per 24 hrs knowing a lot of people probably won't be there that long.
Best Premier Inn ever stayed. Modern roomsmells like new. Detachable shower. Plenty of USB ports. Smooth check in/outbox highly recommended. Took the bus to T2 in the front of hotel £1.75 but not great if too many large luggage. next time I would take H2C H2D shuttle bus from the other side of hotel to airport . £13/family. There's also 30 minutes free parking for unloading.
It’s great for the price and what it is. Nice to stay near the airport before a long day. All the staff are extremely friendly! Rooms are comfortable.Rooms: 5/5
The rooms are a bit dated but it’s a very well used hotel. The hotel is very big and in a lovely location to Heathrow. Can sit and have a drink and plane watch very nice for people into aviation. Costa, restaurant, and a big social area. It’s everything you need for because you go away
