My recent stay at the Hyatt by Heathrow Airport was nice. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was attentive. Despite our late check-in, the staff made the process quick, easy, and friendly, even providing helpful directions to public transportation for our early morning flight. The hotel's cleanliness and comfort was above average. The beds were cozy, and despite being close to the airport, noise from the planes was not an issue at all. Additionally, having a bar open until midnight and a restaurant until 10pm was incredibly convenient, especially after a long day of travel. Pictures of the bar are provided. The shuttle service offered for a nominal fee of around 7 euros or the option to take the public bus for only about 2 euros added further value to our stay. The airport drop off is just a few minutes from the hotel. It's evident that the Hyatt prioritizes guest satisfaction and convenience. I highly recommend the Hyatt by Heathrow Airport for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay, whether arriving or departing from the airport. It's the perfect choice for a quick stay, offering everything one could need for a seamless travel experience.
The service at this hotel from arrival has been excellent. The check in was warm and friendly with a complimentary gift for a special occasion, and they helped plan our bus to the airport for the following morning. The food and drinks are pricey.. but you are able to sit in the restaurant for dinner and order off both the bar and restaurant menu which helps. I ordered the burrata starter off the restaurant menu, and the garlic bread off the bar menu, which was delicious. The waitress remembered our room number from hours earlier which shows their attention to detail. Can't fault the room or cleanliness in the rest of the hotel. Very happy. Rooms: Modern, clean and comfortable
The rooms are spacious. Have good quantity and quality of towels. Only the necessary toiletry. There is a hair dryer iron, iron board, and safety box. The duvet is extremely heavy, and they do not put the top bed sheet. This is the only thing that was uncomfortable The meeting rooms are not big, and they lack fresh air. The restaurant and bar have good service. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is 5 minutes far from T2 Heathrow Airport.
Probably the pick of the hotels in this area for the price. Nice clean and modern rooms.. not the biggest, but functional. Staff are great. Hotel is conveniently next to bus stops that feed very frequently to and from all Heathrow terminals and into local areas regularly.Rooms: 4/5
King beds reasonably comfortable for two twins being combined. BE CAREFUL!!! Don’t trust their USB chargers USB plug starts to work, then stops working later. Phone died and alarm did not go off. Luckily still woke up and made flights Shower water pressure pretty terrible. Generally worse than a Holiday Inn, which is my benchmark for a budget hotel— even though I am a Hyatt Globalist. Doesn’t it Hyatt Place bar, but it’s close to the airport and the bed isn’t terrible so it works for those that want to be in Hyatt network near airport or see price as attractive. Otherwise would avoid.
Over multiple visits, I had a great stay every time. Hyatt offers great quality for the prices they ask. Even the standard rooms are spacious, comfortable, quiet, and clean. The bar offers a good variety of food and beers. The staff is always friendly. The only drawback, as with all Heathrow airport hotels, is that you need to take a bus or a cab to get to the airport or the tube.
Hotel rooms are nicely upgraded. Staff is good. Website said to take U3 bus that cost £1.75 and the stop was right across from hotel. Pay by contactless credit card. My major criticism was the cost of food. One buffet breakfast for two people, two beers, a pizza and fish and chips came to 60% of the cost of the room for two nights. There are restaurants a 20 minute walk away. Be warned of cost but realize that other hotels have similar costs. These are standard. We were tired. Rooms: Very modern and totally updated Food & drinks: Very very expensive

The hotel's dining experience was exceptional, with a diverse range of delicious options. The convenience of having such culinary delights on-site added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The proximity to Heathrow Airport is a significant advantage for travelers. As for the Teramusme dessert, I must commend its creativity and flavor profile. While not quite reaching the pinnacle of perfection, it was a delectable treat that left a lasting impression. The combination of textures and tastes showcased culinary skill, earning it a well-deserved 4.5-star rating. In conclusion, the Hyatt Hotel at London Heathrow Airport offers a top-notch experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for both its accommodations and dining options.
Near the airport, so good for early morning flights. Worst shower in any hotel I've ever stayed in. Tiny trickle that goes hot and cold. Room had a slight fusty smell. Bed was comfy.Rooms: 3/5
Hotel is on the U3 bus route which can easily drop you off to the central bus station. The hotel service was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped with robes, very comfortable beds and bathroom amenities. The onsite restaurant has a nice selection and is good quality and sized portions. Overall would highly recommend.
