Great location for Heathrow T3, but… The shower was broken in our room. That’s a basic expectation and we didn’t discover until too late - not good just before an early morning long flight. Room 4608, didn’t have time to point out to management to get a different room or a discount. The car park is big, but seemingly not managed properly. People parking everywhere outside of spaces making it really hard to manoeuvre around it in dark and bad weather. Self check-in has accessibility issues. We arrived at night during heavy rain, and with wet glasses I could barely see what I was doing. The lighting is so bad in the little booths, I don’t know how anyone with even a slight vision issue would be able to use them - really poor for 2024.
Nice place, attended a wedding, and they have ample place to accommodate us all. One room was prepared for the prayer. The food service was a bit slow. Parking is an issue and as it is very close to Heathrow Airport so it was busy.Rooms: 5/5
Muhammad and Andy at the front desk were exceptionally helpful, displaying both empathy and a caring nature. Throughout my three stays here, I interacted with them twice. During these interactions, not only did they assist with my concerns, but they also went beyond by engaging in casual conversation late at night, providing companionship. I'm genuinely grateful for their presence and appreciate the positive experiences I had while talking to them.
The customer service was excellent.Gautami was so helpful and managed the check in well for all my Pax.She was very professional and addressed the issues immediately. Staff at the breakfast area are very kind and helpful.they give us home experience. Rooms: It's neat and clean.it had all facilities.Room service was so good .
I am so impressed with the customer service I got from Ms Madona, She was simply outstanding as she went above and beyond to help me find the best shopping stores. She was of great help at the property. Good service from the hotel staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone interested. Safety: Felt safe throughout our stay
Wonderful Experience We spent two nights here on business and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to the airport. Excellent service by Madonna at the desk. As for room, it is very comfortable and clean. Good Service.
Stayed here the night we returned back from Thailand, easy check in, but my god I had my pants pulled down when I got to the bar, I ordered 2 double j.d’s at £39 for both, it’s only £20 a bottle in the super markets, absolute joke, disgusting! On the way to the room I was looking forward to a comfy bed which there was, pillows were rather small but had a good night sleep, bathroom was bad, rusty, not clean and the shower was pants, totally prefer a premier inn any day Rooms: Prefer a premier inn, they are much cleaner and bigger Food & drinks: Drinks are over priced
Check in at the hotel...the lady behind the counter couldn't be bothered to explain transfers to Terminal 3...fobbed us off with ' there are no transfers that early. Also, last minute we had to loan our car to our daughter, who's car had died, but the receptionist wouldn't help us with a refund for the parking for the week. Burger and Chips...£21...what a rip off. Beware of the menu. It is misleading. The items on it only have a number against them. It doesn't say it Pounds Stirling for that item. Also, unless you ask about it it they automatically put Gratuities on the bill...all they do is bring it to your table ! We don't live in America and these people are not reliant on tips.... another rip off ! The hallways are tired, the carpet looks thread bare, the bathroom sink was cracked. No tea, only coffee in the room. My pillow stunk of poo. The car park had so many leaves on the ground it was a trip/slip hazard and it was absolutely packed with cars. Overall, in my humble opinion, not worth the £159 we paid to sleep for 1 night and park for the week. They didn't even offer us a continental breakfast in lieu of breakfast as we had an early flight. This is a tired hotel, which by its nature will always be busy and they know this, so they don't even have to try !
Nice and clean. Taxi service on time, friendly staff. If you have to stay somewhere near terminal 2 or 3 this is a perfect place.Rooms: 5/5
Have been there a week ago. Unfortunately but staff of the hotel doesn’t understand that when they have 400 registrations, it’s better to have more people on reception 2-3 working slots of 6. Tablets for self check-in are not working, only taking your money, and then receptionist lied to you that they never had this situation before you may ask why “lies”, because person near us had the same situation few minutes ago and told us he spoke to “that person” Problem of that “pending amount of hundreds of pounds!” was solved by paying with another card. So yes, we had to payment. And another lie was that money will come in a few days. They did not. Even if money will come today with sincere words of apologies, it’s very uncomfortable situation that no tourist want to have: being out of £360 of the budget and be covered with lies. If you wonder to go to this hotel, be ready to pay X2 of price from the website. So pissed off.
