Very good hotel. Beautiful location, as many attractions are within walking distance. Westminster can also be reached quickly thanks to excellent bus connections.nThe rooms were very clean, well equipped and modernly furnished.nGreat breakfast, lots of choice and very fast and friendly service. Bianca not only served us quickly, she was also super sweet and polite.
A special mention goes to the host Ana Raluca at breakfast, who truly made our mornings enjoyable. She was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and consistently checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Her warm and welcoming attitude really stood out and added a personal touch to our stay.nThe breakfast area was spotless and very well maintained. There were so many options to choose from, catering to a variety of tastes, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start each day.nOverall, outstanding service — we would definitely stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. The location is excellent, close to main attractions and public transport, which made our stay even more convenient. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. We truly felt welcomed and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was very nice, clean, and well organized, and all the necessary amenities were provided. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. I would especially like to compliment the breakfast service. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. A special thank you to Ana and Bianca, who were amazing, friendly, and always smiling. Their great service made the mornings even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!
We are currently in the middle of a stay at the Residence Inn at Tower Bridge and the experience has been second to none. The breakfast, which in my experience come sometimes be a hit or a miss was amazing. The breakfast staff, Bianca, Nabila and Rallica went over and above to help. They were so attentive to anything we required. They most definitely added to our breakfast experience. The hotel location is also ideal, you are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of London but also 10mins from anything. We would 100% return to stay here, thank you for making our London stay extra special.
