Located in a great neighborhood, close to many bus stops and metro station. But a lot of things to see in London is in walking distance. The rooms are good, breakfast is nothing special but absolutely OK. The staff however is super nice, everyone is helpful and kind, we really enjoyed the staying.
Great service…the staff are very friendly and willing to help you with a smile. Very good breakfast which is included..i love the coffee which is like good coffees you get outside for free in the hotel all the time. Nice lounge…very central to visit all places. i love the location and lot nice restaurants in this street for good food. I highly recommend and will stay here again when i visit. Mala
We prepaid for our Christmas vacation room five months ago, but upon arrival, we discovered that the photos on the reservation were misleading. The room smelled dusty, the bed sheets caused itching, and the layout was terrible—lying down on the bed placed the toilet directly in view. Two beds were crammed into the small room, leaving almost no space to walk or sit comfortably.nnAfter enduring the room for one night, we decided to leave. Despite politely explaining our reasons, management refused to issue a refund, citing company policy. Instead, they offered to keep the credit for a month, should we decide to return—a solution that was both impractical and frustrating.nnAs Marriott Titanium members, we were disappointed by their unwillingness to accommodate a simple refund. Ultimately, we checked into a Hilton hotel just 10 minutes away and are now happily continuing our vacation in London.
Staff was super helpful and attentive. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start off the day. Quite a nice variety and very different from the typical American breakfasts. Everything was fresh. The fitness facility was great and the laundry room on the ground floor was also complimentary. Just bring your own detergent. What a nice treat to have clean clothes heading to our next destination. The location was good for us as we don’t mind exploring and taking public transportation and walking.
Had a great stay here with family and friends. The night crew were lovely lads, so friendly and welcoming, the day crew also but the night crew needs a special mention! Rooms were a bit smaller than expected but we still had a really comfortable stay. Breakfast was good with lots of options and foods were replenished really quickly. Some mornings the doors were opened to include outdoor dining in the morning sun which was lovely!
