Outstanding quality and design, our kitchen looks a million dollars. We chose a combination of dark Polished Italian Concrete and a paler colour for the lower units, our kitchen looks as if it cost several times more than it did and was supplied by a high end designer. There were a couple of small niggles but Wren corrected the delivery errors quickly and without fuss. If we were back at the beginning of the process of choosing a kitchen, we'd be very happy to choose Wren again.

Fab service, good quality kitchen.. we are so happy to have gone with Wren. Would 100% reccommend to anyone looking to purchase a new kitchen. Even the delivery team are the best I have experienced. All round fantastic experience.

Brilliant customer service from the team in MK - they were very knowledgeable and keen to tailor the design to our requirements and budget. Couldn't recommend them enough - first class service from start to finish!

AVOID WREN AT ALL COSTS!! We spend a fortune on purchasing our dream kitchen. Wren were very helpful in designing the kitchen doing 3D drawing and we spend 3/4 hours with the design consultant. When we stated that we would think about the kitchen, we were told that the discount price of 40% would only be valid that day and we must give £3,000 deposit or we would lose the discount if we returned at a later date. Rory the consultant went to the store manager and offered me ‘manager discount’. In the end we felt pressure to agree that day and thought the price was great and decided to pay the deposit. As we had an extension, Wren send someone to measure the kitchen to ensure all the measurements that I provided were correct. We received paperwork, emails, texts and everything was great. All the money was paid before the delivery was made. The delivery arrived on time, I brought a Carpenter who had experience in fitting Wren Kitchens. THATS WHEN OUR PROBLEMS STARTED. 1, The 2 door cupboards that arrived were wrong size. The consultant who measured the kitchen did not take the beams into account. When I went to Wren Kitchen they replaced the cupboards but at a extra cost (Wren took no liability for THEIR mishap) 2, A couple of days later, the infill was missing. I went to Wren(with the sample, only 5 out of 6 were delivered), re-ordered it and was told the standard piece which is probably stocked is going to take 10 days as it needed to be made. I accepted this. The Carpenter finished all the kitchen and his work stopped. He was going to come back and finish the job. The piece finally arrived 10 days later and it was WRONG!! The carpenter stated that to come back he would now charge me additional £200 for messing him around. I went to Wren and complained what had happened. Charles rang warehouse and was informed that the right piece will be ANOTHER 10 DAYS. I told them that was this unacceptable and wanted to speak to Warehouse Supervisor in order to expedite the delivery. I was told they will place the order for delivery in 10 days and the supervisor will call me back. THEY NEVER CALLED!! 10 days later, the infill arrived. WHICH AGAIN WAS WRONG! They had send the wrong piece was for the 3rd time. My Carpenter charged me £200. Annoyed, went to Wren and demanded to speak to the Manager but was told the manager was on holiday. I then demanded to speak to someone in charge, I was then informed no one was in charge. I then demanded to speak to that person’s supervisor, that supervisor kept me waiting for 45 MINUTES. The supervisor informed me the Store Manager was in a conference call whilst another member told me they were on Annual leave. THEY LIED!! I wanted to make a complain, said the store manager would call me. THEY NEVER CALLED ME! Finally ran into Joe from Compliance who was great help. He helped to resolve the issue, order the correct piece and it arrived 3 days later. I had all my delivery end of April, when it was expected early February. My carpenter is now busy and won’t be back for another 2 weeks. So kitchen not going to be finished till May when it was expected to be done by mid February. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR. RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK TWICE, NEVER DID! COST ME EXTRA £600 IN COSTS. WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AS THEY TAKEN ALL MONEY BEFORE DELIVERY. Not bad looking items. They may of been able to sell me a kitchen from the off if they just gave me the price straight. But like a few companies out there they need to do the let me speak to my manager see what I can do. If a company isn't honest from the start they got no hope.
