The worst customer service ever! I've had the sofa for 5 days and I have been waiting for a call back from the customer care team for x3 days to arrange a repair for a hole in the seam. I've been on hold for over an hour on three separate occasions to then be told that someone would call me back but yet i am still awaiting my call back. I have spent over £3000 on a sofa with a hole in it & to say that I am disappointed would be an understatement.

Biggest mistake of choosing this company to buy our sofa from. Still waiting for the sofa that was supposed to be delivered within 2 weeks in the first week of DECEMBER it is now January. They were quick to take the money though.Would not recommend this company should've gone to my old trusted DFS instead.....

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service at sofology DO NOT GET A SOFA FROM THIS COMPANY! after a month of going back and forth with a reviving a damaged sofa which also the bed that is in the sofa is bent and when pulled out ripped our carpet. We asked for compensation and they refused. We also asked for a new sofa to be sent out as it has a hole in the side and the sofa bed if broke, they said they can send a new sofa (same sofa) but have to pay £800 ON TOP of the 1500 pound that we paid for it as at the time was at a discounted price. Absolute joke. We have now cancelled the whole order and they will be collecting the sofa in a week just for us to get our money back that we’ve already paid for. disgusted with the way we have been treated and will NEVER get anything from sofology again. Save yourself the trouble and go else where.

Disgraceful customer after sale service, we ordered our sofas on the 19th October 2017 to be delivered before Christmas as was agreed and advertised on the front window of the store in Milton Keynes. We were given a date of the 14th December. I continued to check the delivery date on line using my customer reference number ; it always confirmed delivery on the 14th December 2017.
Suddenly on the 24th November 2017 my mobile rang “once” then stopped and a message came through saying we have tried to contact you, your delivery date has changed and now is 28th December. I phoned head office saying this wasn’t acceptable as we agreed delivery before Christmas, she said we have a slot on the 22nd but I would need to pay the balance in full over the phone to secure the slot.....so I paid.
Today 12th December , I’ve just received another “one ring” on my mobile and another message saying we tried to contact you, THEY DON’T TRY VERY HARD WITH ONE RING. The message left was “We can’t delivery on the 22nd as planned your new slot is 27th December. I’ve tried to contact them on the number provided only to be told after waiting 35 minuets on hold “we are now closed”
Message to Sofology head office management......you have my number please call me !

Appalling customer services , they cant honor the delivery date (they never told me this, I had to phone to !!!), cant now tell me when it will be delivered, iv cancelled it but still have no confirmation of this, no money back. Customer services don't call back or email back, they've even closed the support call with out my consent !! You're always put on hold for lengthy times. Appropriate authorities have now been approached.
