Very helpful staff. Came to us to see if we needed any help in buying a new car seat. Then after recommending one for our needs and in our price range. Took the product out to our car to make sure that it fitted ok and to show us how to fit it and use it.

Absolutely disgusted with the place!! Ordered two toys for click and collect only to turn up and they didn't have them!!! Only went to my store because my nearest store didn't have what I wanted utter waste of my time!!!!!

I came here looking for a Lamborghini huracan for my 8 year old son unfortunately all the were poor quality guns called nerf It is a disgrace that company's sell children weapons as this makes them violent and out rageously behaved running around houses killing each other in my day people played with real toys

Mostly great. Sales and discounts always stand out and everything is where it should be. They hardly move the contents of the shop and the layouts are the same in most of their branches so everything is always easy to find. Queue' s never last very long, somebody always opens another till.

Toys r us in Milton Keynes is messed up no proper customer service, I went in to buy a car seat no 1 bothered to even attend to me is a shame considering that i used to work for this company and back then our customer service was spot on. Is a shame because i bought my car seat from another competitor.
