Had to return a vanity unit that could not be fitted after several days. Bath store has 14 day return policy and most places only offer 7 days, my return would have left me massively out of pocket but not here. Plus i could take it back to the local store. Ryan and Liz were very helpful. Any returns do need to be fully packed so make sure you keep the box!
The worst customer "service" I've ever experienced. We visited the store to purchase a bathroom mirror and found a nice one. The price, even in the "sale", was high £190 for a 600mm round mirror although we did not mind paying as we were told by the sales clerk that it was the heated demistor type. Once the mirror was delivered I found no evidence of the heater, in the instructions or on the mirror itself, so contacted the store for confirmation. After a week of emails and leaving messages I finally spoke to a member of staff, who checked with a colleague and confirmed again that it was definitely heated so I installed the mirror, only to find that it was not heated as expected. I contacted the store and asked to return the mirror for a full refund which they refused, saying they couldn't accept the return as the mirror had been installed! It took over 2 months and legal action via the credit card company for me to get my money back.
Excellent customer service by all the staff, very knowledgeable on all aspects of design styles and products, we recommend to all our customer and will continue to do so. Thanks
