ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. I paid for cushions that match my sofa to be specifically delievered before christmas. Donna and martin - managers at MK store, I will be taking both your names personally to complaints department. Donna is actually a very nice lady but did not keep me in the loop what was going on which annoyed me. Martin on the other hand astounds me how he is store manager. Very rude and abrupt, not even sure if head office are aware how awful he is as a store manager. He annoyed me so much that i raised my voice. Only after I had to chase them, i originally made the order 6th November, and now 15th December you tell me they wont be here for xmas !!!! I spent this money to specifically get these cushions ready for xmas, absolute liars. I hope the director of Harveys sees this.

very dissaapointed. we chose a sofa and sideboard and was given the price. we went home to measure and returned 1 hr later to be told the sofa cost £300 more than original quote. very dissappointed and disgusted with attitude

Store staff are great but Customer service lie and mislead.. after 3month of waiting.. cancelled order..
