Dwell has some nice products but unfortunately our experience was completely spoilt by the salesman who seemed to be desperate to sell to us at any cost. Even when it was clear we wanted to have a few days to think before making a purchase, he tried to get us to part with our contact details (we declined). This was the first shop we visited, and all we wanted to do at that stage was to have a look around a few stores to see what furniture options were available. Even when we managed to shake the Dwell salesman off, another assistant pounced on us even though she said she knew we'd been talking to her colleague! Dwell was the only furniture shop on this retail site where we felt unable to browse without staff attaching themselves to use like leeches! We suspected afterwards that Dwell massively incentivise their staff to make a sale but this had the opposite effect in our case and we would feel uncomfortable returning, despite the fact we liked a lot of the products. This contrasted with all the neighbouring competitors where there was no pressure-selling at all and we were made to feel welcome to browse furniture without sales staff hanging onto us like leeches.
