Great for parking and disabled spaces near store sliding doors. Staff are polite and respectful with a smile. Prices are very good and the layout of the store is good because everything is findable and if you cannot find what you're looking for there's always a staff member who will help you find what you're looking for.In all great place to shop.

Very pleased with the service I received today. My autistic son (6) was having a meltdown at the till, and decided to run out of the shop. The lady's were very helpful. Watched my 5 year old while I was retrieving my 6 year old and helped get my things out of the trolley, and pack. I was close to tears but didn't feel judged at all. Very well stocked and great staff

Good sized store. Free parking and disabled spaces. Lots of good bargains to be had! Fairly busy most of the time.

Don't expect any respect or customer service from this store. Shop assistant extremely rude, could not be bothered to solve my query and made me wait 20minutes before suggesting I find help from someone else as she was too busy. Appalling customer service.

My girlfriend came in on the 21st of December 2017 at around 10.30ish, she picked up a bun tin for cupcakes as she was baking for charity that day! There was no price on the item so when we went to check the price at the cashier's. The cashier said I'll find out, she asked the manager and said do you know how much this is and the lady manager said she can't have this if there is no price and ripped it out of the cashier's hand and walked off! I was shocked and disgusted when I head about this and thought how rude! I can safely say that if that's the way your treat your staff and customers then we will not be shopping there again! The fact my girlfriend just wanted to know the price as it was being used to bake for CHARITY makes it so much worse!
