When you order sofa They promise that will be in 9-10 weeks, still waiting after 10 weeks. No contact that will be late. Not nice.

Ordered a carpet and we were told on two separate occasions that fitting would be done at either 10.00am or 12.00pm as the fitters only had 2 jobs booked in. We received a phone call from the fitters at 12 apologising to say he has been been held up on other jobs and would be a couple of hours. We called ScS to ask what was going on and was told we should not have been given a time to which we went over the conversations we had with Wendy. Anyway fitters did not arrive until 3.45pm. The fitters apologised and explained they had been on other jobs. We don't blame them they where very professional. Throughout the whole process of purchasing, measuring and booking the fitting with ScS has been a total nightmare and will never use or recommend them again.

Okay ordered a carpet and waited in all day yesterday, and still not been fitted. Constantly called SCS Milton Keynes, who advised me that my name was on the list, and that the contractors did have my name down. Told the fitters had five jobs and were only small box rooms so should be with me midday. Called again and spoke to two members of staff who told me that the contractors are reliable and will work late so hold tight basically. I asked a member of staff to get hold of the contractor and call me back and let me know either way with a phone call. Then had to call again to find out if staff member got through to contractor. By now it is getting on for 8.00 a.m and shop now closed until 10.00 a.m today. I do not have the contractors number so I can chase hence having now to wait until 10.00 for store to open. Booked a day off for the fitting and sat around all day. I will not be using this store again. Because of this delay I had to cancel doors being fitted and couldn't not put in a replacement bed. I had to sleep on my settee for the night, and who knows maybe another at this rate.

I ordered carpets in November, it was a treat from my son, We were told it wouldn't be before Xmas, which was fair enough. Then I was given a date for January 18th, that was cancelled, then given February 1st. I phoned store a couple of days before to make sure they were coming, I was then told there was a delay with lorry from Europe it would then be February 11th definately! So yesterday the 9th I thought I would phone to make sure again about fitting, was then told not until February 25th, I'm beginning to think they will never arrive. All the rooms are upside down and 2 rooms have no carpet. I will never use this company again. Also tried to get in touch with Head Office, left a message and they haven't got back either,
