The range of wine is fantastic, but the staff are even better. The staff are amazing always friendly and full of great recommendations to find you the prefect match for a gift or to pair with cooking. If I'm looking to buy wine this will always be my first choice :
Have been buying from Majestic MK for about 8 years now and can honestly say it’s an excellent store, friendly and professional staff who really know their stock, sample before you buy & competitive pricing. The updated interior and sampling corner was much needed - looks good. We trust Majestic’s wines so much they catered for our daughter’s wedding & we were not disappointed. Superb recommendations paired with the food & all sampled before hand. Hope the change of name & branding to Naked doesn’t change the MK store at all - it’s pretty perfect so why change that?!
Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Even though I was sure I knew what I wanted, the young man helping me noted that he had an open bottle for tasting if I wanted to try it just to be sure, which for a £40 bottle of whiskey was a nice touch. He was right, it was good and I did buy. I would definitely go back again!
The staff here are extra friendly and really knowledgeable. There's a cheery hello as you come in the door. Probably one of the friendliest shops in Milton Keynes! I often know what I generally want but the staff help me refine that and offer suggestions and tastings. I always come out with an unexpected gem often at a very reasonable price for the quality. Its not a budget wine place so expect to pay a minimum of £8 per bottle for wine in a box of six but for that I think you will get similar, generally better, than what you would get in the supermarket. Overall, its just a really enjoyable experience - but then again, what's not to like about chatting and tasting wine!
Hidden out the way, I came across this Majestic Wine by chance. Very helpful friendly staff. Went for the Mix 6 to save myself over £16. Huge choice and even found a little Burgandy I haven't seen in years.
David who worked there was fantastic. Really knowledgeable and made the simple wine tasting for our wedding really enjoyable. Even though we are planning to go to Majestic wines Calais, David still was helpful and professional.
There is only one place I'll buy my wine from and it's Majestic Wine in Milton Keynes. Three key reasons: 1. The staff really know their wine 2. The staff are extremely helpful & friendly 3. The recommendations are always spot on It's one thing to provide quality customer service but when it's coupled with an abundance of knowledge about the wine industry it's a winning combination. Fred in particular at the MK branch is fantastic to deal with. Thank you!
