The service was very good they didn't jump on us like dodgy car salesmen Terry was knowledgeable helpful and above all patient can't comment on the purchase as it's taking 12 weeks to come.

I ordered in January 2018,expected delivery by March 2018.we are in April 2018, still not delivered.when I spoke to Milton Keynes deliver depot, ther was women at customer service,very poor customer services, they don’t care about you.And they have to deliver a bed for me and deliver has been planned,and the women at customer service deliver department said to me,we will cal you on the delivery day within two hours windows.On the delivery day,driver calling me at 07:30,and will be with me in 20min.I was not able to receive delivery because I m not living in that property.i spoke to Delivery department customer service,they said they not sure to deliver to me same day.so lost one day for nothing.
I would not recommend fourniture village to any one.Please but from some where else.
Delivery service very poorly treated by delivery department. Thanks

Delivery delayed from February 25th 2018...... its now March 12th and being told it still hasn't arrived in this country using the bad weather as an excuse when it should have been in my house weeks before the bad weather got here. Now being told 20th as the docking date.  So delivery when?.. Apparently we should have been told the original date was approximate. ... wasn't even told it was coming from outside the UK. Not happy with the lack of communication. No phone calls I've had to ring them to find out whats going on each time. Won't buy from them again.

Ordered mattress delivery not as advised and then wrong mattress delivered. Took me lots phone calls to get correct item sorted and wrong item collected. Ideas left to me to chase return of item wrongly delivered. Not a great experience for my first purchase from furniture village  not sure I will be returming
