No complaints Good customer service and friendly staff
Purchase: Nintendo Switch Oled Went to this branch to buy the above product and must say it was the most bizarre retail experience I’ve had for a long time. On arrival the dirt and rubbish on the floor near the entrance and some way in was staggering, old wrappers etc. The stores are empty except the monitors you order on, feels like it’s almost closing down. The wait time was pretty short, the staff member quickly handed me the item without any communication whilst talking to his colleague. They forgot the game that was included and when I went back there was no interaction as such and they were still more interested in their own conversation. Should of been exciting to buy this product but it was a really soulless experience.
Delivered parcel to the wrong address a divert that they said had been out through our letterbox. That’s a pretty big letterbox if so. Was completely unhelpful on the phone and we had to go walk around our streets to try and find the house they’d delivered it to. They basically just dropped it at any house to get the delivery done, knowing full well it wasn’t the right address.
Took a laptop to return. Only the outside box was opened. The customer service Debb was very rude and did not want to return. She then opens the whole package and returned at the end! Unprofessional and not encouraging to shop from Argos again!
I visited two days ago I needed a Samsung phone, it said it was out of stock and I bought a Nokia but I had never used it before, and I asked if I could return it if you couldn't use it, they said yes, Samsung came in stock today and I wanted to change it, they said we can't change it, it's only been 2 days, the box is open I will never shop from argos again for

Cooker ordered after seeing it could be delivered in days. Time was of the essence. A few days later, Argos delayed delivery, without agreement, by two weeks! OAP LEFT WITHOUT COOKING FACILITIES! Wrong surnames given by Argos on confirmation of order. Argos promised text the day before delivery giving delivery slot .... Didn't happen! Cooker not working when delivered and helpline useless. Electrician spent ages on phone to them, but, eventually, discovered oven fault himself! I asked if Argos would contact me re:problems- . It didn't! 4 e-mails to CEO automatically acknowledged by Argos. But never replied to by Argos! Argos used to be good. I recommended them to everybody! No more!
Such poor customer service!!! I’ve never received such infuriating customer service before. The customer service lady was passive, dismissive and ignored anything I said, she then passed on my issue to her colleague who was abrupt and said countless times that I was lying — I tried to complain to the manager and she took their side and defended her employees instead of listening and taking what I said into consideration. Also, just because a customer doesn’t complain about their negative experience, it doesn’t mean that the ordeal didn't occur — she was very naïve. Overall, a very bad experience after over 10 years of shopping in this Milton Keynes branch!
I bought beats headphones and wanted to return them the next day because they hurt my ears. The manager said i could not return them because he cannot resell then and the seal was broken. I had to open them and try them on as this have no try before you buy. He could not answer that and told me it was tough and a tough world. One of the younger advisor in front of the manager said i should have tried them on in currys first. I am. Appalled at the service, it means nothing is returnable if you break the seal.. I will never shop from here again be warned
Wanted to go for a very quick birthday present on a Saturday evening. I got there at 7 o'clock door all closed. Why do you advised open until 7:30?
