You can tell it’s a Sunday when lights get shut off at 15:37 22/02/26 an hour before the store is due to close. Staff standing around with no sense of urgency. I understand most of the staff are Gen Z kids with no worries but come on now it’s a job let’s do it properly.nnTerrible experience with NO MANAGEMENT IN SIGHT ???
I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by staff during my visit. From the moment I arrived, the attitude was cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was spoken to in a rude tone and treated noticeably differently to other customers, which was uncomfortable and unacceptable.nnNo one should feel singled out or disrespected when they’re simply there to be served. The lack of basic courtesy and respect was shocking, and it left me feeling unwelcome. Customer service should be consistent and fair that clearly wasn’t the case here.nnI won’t be returning, and I’d advise management to seriously review how their staff interact with customers, because this experience was not Disgusting .nThe Women in pictures was the one that dealt with me and the manager called Chloe really disappointed.
I went there to buy a Black+Decker cordless drill and a ladder. I ordered them online and collected them almost immediately. The store offers a great selection of products at very reasonable prices, with trusted brands and quality guaranteed. There’s plenty of free parking and a spacious, well-organized collection area. Argos is an essential store for home improvement, DIY, and everyday shopping.
Great service today. Easy ordering online. Item was ready to collect straight away. On arrival I asked one of your staff members, Hannah, if they could carry my vacuum to the car for me as I’m recovering from a dislocated shoulder and she was more then happy to help me. Great service and very friendly.
Got a wait & return taxi here to collect a phone we had ordered. We were informed the phone was there & it had been moved to the outgoing/items awaiting collection so it was there ready & waiting to collect quickly considering g the taxi was booked and paid for with bank card. Although the phone was apparently on the shelf & ready for us we collect we were still charged a further £7 in wait time for them to literally serve her straight away then wait while we watched the staff faff about doing nothing that really mattered when the phone we had ordered was sat on the shelf in full view of our own eyes the whole time & actually had been there since before we had even arrived. This whole time our taxi had cost me another £7 on top of my £12 I had already paid to go there to collect it n back. Find it a bit of a joke really considering the store was completely empty & not A customer even in sight at all the shopmwas empty
