You can tell it’s a Sunday when lights get shut off at 15:37 22/02/26 an hour before the store is due to close. Staff standing around with no sense of urgency. I understand most of the staff are Gen Z kids with no worries but come on now it’s a job let’s do it properly.nnTerrible experience with NO MANAGEMENT IN SIGHT ???

I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by staff during my visit. From the moment I arrived, the attitude was cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was spoken to in a rude tone and treated noticeably differently to other customers, which was uncomfortable and unacceptable.nnNo one should feel singled out or disrespected when they’re simply there to be served. The lack of basic courtesy and respect was shocking, and it left me feeling unwelcome. Customer service should be consistent and fair  that clearly wasn’t the case here.nnI won’t be returning, and I’d advise management to seriously review how their staff interact with customers, because this experience was not Disgusting .nThe Women in pictures was the one that dealt with me and the manager called Chloe  really disappointed.

What was once a quick and exciting trip to a great store is now a chore to a sorry run store led by incompetence. Place an order and pick up an item from a nearly empty store while members of staff stand around and walk at the slowest pace. Talk about no rush and getting paid by the hour! My apologies to the 2 staff members at click and collect speeding around trying to get everyone sorted. They must have dealt with 20 customers while the others dealt with 2. Which was including me.

Served by a lovely lady May at this store. She helped me order new items for Xmas during the rush and was so kind and caring to  me and my son. Lovely service. 5 star

I would give no stars . No staff. Finally the lady I asked if there was anyone serving in the reserved till got off her till  there was no one there and started serving. Appalling service.
