This store is a real mess. Items are all over the place, so many items don't have the price on? Huge piles of toys in the middle of the store? Clearance items have no price either. Although you will find competitive prices and lots of parking.
Awesome whether you go in to store or online shopping. I had fast tracked delivery for Christmas present that was much cheaper then anyone else. So pleased with this excellent service. glad I found this company!
I had never been in a Range store before shame on me, I know It is a lovely store, well organised...and their Christmas section it's amazing I felt like a baby again
As of 21st October, it's full of the usual cheap and cheerful Christmas stuff. If you need some Christmas lights, they have an amazing selection.
Went in 2 weeks ago, place was a mess. Rubbish on the floors and the shelves where I shopped were disgusting and not priced. One member of staff told me they'd had 10 staff leave in a few weeks.
It's an odd experience, going to The Range. No doubt the store has plenty of choice, at good prices, in a bright store that is just the right side of too-filled. I can't explain why, but I've too-often come away not finding quite what I was after. If you want a selection of a range of things to browse, but still not quite find the exact thing you wanted, then give here a try.
Wanted some cheap craft paint brushes for painting architrave, found them easy. What I did find unexpectedly upstairs was a Christmas winter wonderland for children. Don't bother bringing your kids to an expensive Christmas wonderland, bring them to the Range mk. I'm sure they will be as surprised as I was. Merry Christmas everyone.
I absolutely love this shop! I could move in and live in there quite happily Being a crafter, it is my heaven! The 2 reasons for only 4 stars is :- A 30% of items are not priced! Not on the item, the shelf, the hooks, or hangers! Very annoying! B Not quick enough to get tills open. Standing in a queue for over 20 mins does my poor legs in!
Was a pleasant visit here. Needed help finding some sliding locks, asked a member of staff and was lead there in seconds. Nice and polite young man. Prices are quite decent also. Bonus iceland but in the store with cold drinks was a win as myself and my nephew was thirsty at the time of the visit.
The items here are usually very good and a fair price. However, they use ArrowXL to deliver their larger items. ArrowXL leave a lot to be desired. I've waited 2 weeks for my delivery and still waiting. Arrow XL gave me 3 reasons why they could not deliver as promised. Instead of putting me through to a manager, as stated, she hung up on me. I then called The Range and explain the situation to the them. I then went on to request they make a record of my complaint, to which I was told they cannot do anymore for me and the call will be terminated. I was shocked, as it's usually the larger companies who are too big to care.
