Clean, bright and airy surgery. Easy check in and any interaction I’ve had with the receptionists have been positive; especially Emma. I like that information available as to waiting times when I checked in too. Never had a bad visit with any of the Dr’s who I find are very forward thinking. I think it’s a good surgery.
My recent visit left me feeling really listened to and understood. As a result, the right advice and treatment was able to be recommended and thus not leaving the surgery feeling that I got nothing from attending the appointment. Having being seen by an experienced GP really helps if you are presenting with complex issues
I needed urgent blood work done and the staff went above and beyond to get this done for me despite the difficulties due to the cyber attack. The staff is really friendly, especially a lady at the reception named Adriana. Dr Smith who did my tests was also amazing. I’m really grateful for your help, thank you !
Without a doubt the best GP service I’ve experienced. I was able to get a same day appointment, and Dr Zimmerman made me feel heard, supported, and really listened to my experiences and thoughts on what treatments I felt were necessary. This is the first time I’ve felt like my GP was advocating for me instead of being someone I’ve had to plead my case to.
I’ve joined this practice recently as I have moved and so far had only interactions with nurse and receptionists. Experience so far is very good and everyone is always very friendly and very helpful. I would say it’s the best experience so far I had with GP practice in London.
Rang bang on 8am for appointment that day but was 17th in the queue. I was told that there were no appointments available. I was asked why I needed an appointment and I informed the receptionist that I had a severe sore throat and a cough for 9 days and I was feeling worse as each day passed. He then offered an appointment for 2 weeks later given what I had just told him I was incredulous and told him that this was not acceptable. He then said he would refer me to the Pharmacist in Superdrug who would ring me. Needless to say I never received a call and when I tried to ring the phone just rang off. He gave me no advice as to what I should do and it was a friend who suggested attending an Urgent Care Centre. I know people who are able to get a GP appointment any time they need so what is going on at Woolstone. It's not the first time that my husband and I have experienced this.
I joined the practice a month ago and so far my family has had a lovely experience. When we registered reception staff were efficient and communicated clearly what we needed to do. When there was a small issue with my registration it was resolved very quickly. My son needed an appointment today. When I called at 8am I waited 25 minutes to get an appointment which in the middle of winter I would say is great! They are so busy there was 27 people Infront of me! I was impressed they got through all those calls so fast and I thankfully got an appointment. Dr Mary-Louise Smith saw my son she was so warm and friendly and my son was very at ease and happy to be examined by her. Thank you
Lisa , receptionist is very rude and not nice to deal with. I see her making faces and talking about me everytine I cone so I'm going to change GP, having this makes you feel more stressed
Best GP I’ve had in London so far. Really nice reception staff, easy to get an appointment and great care from the doctors.
Woolstone Medical Centre is fab! Today I had a GP appt and I was welcomed by Lisa, a receptionist there, who is absolutely lovely. She gave me such a warm welcome it put me at my ease and made me feel really comfortable. My GP Dr Smith was really nice, empathic and professional and I felt heard and listened to and well treated. Excellent service thanks to everyone at this surgery!! Victoria Smyth
