My experience of the medical staff has been good but getting an appointment is a problem. Ring and the line eventually goes dead, ring several times and eventually get an answer - all appointments for the day are taken. Can't book for another day and advised online booking isn't working

Have always had a great experience here from all staff. The online booking system works very well, and staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you Bedford Hill!

One of the reception staff is incredibly rude and indiscreet, opening personal papers and scrutinising them without any regard for my privacy. They also make booking appointments difficult as they only open most slots on the day, and the phoneline is always engaged.

"One appointment, one issue!"

Reception staff at surgery,  do become impatient and tend to avoid you.! My experience with doctors 2.5 stars.

The phone is never answered, terrible
