I’ve been with this GP for almost 6 years now and I am giving 2 stars solely because I’ve been able to get proper treatment once.  I came with a skin problem and asked for a referral to a dermatologist. Instead I got misdiagnosed twice. The doctor didn’t even bother to call me in for a follow up and decided to diagnose a skin condition over the phone, which just feels unbothered and unprofessional. With the prices of private healthcare in London you would think the doctors would put a little bit more effort into their work, but alas.  This is not to say that the clinic is bad, they’re very responsive to calls and helpful when they can be but just be aware that some doctors working here will disappoint you.

Really efficient service! with preliminary online form and telephone consultation to discuss the problem and if needing to see the DR in person an appointment is arranged asap.  In addition this GP offers vaccines for travelling at competitive prices.

I went into this surgery not as a registered patient in an emergency looking for an insulin pen. The receptionists were the loveliest people I've ever interacted with and were really helpful calling a local pharmacy to locate some insulin. Thanks so much!

Absolutely appalling. DO NOT REGISTER HERE. I lodged a complaint for not providing my full medical history, which i have now been requesting for over 9 months, and for not only making a mistake in a hospital referral,  but further failing to rectify the issue when immeditely notified by the hospital. Their negligence has left me to have to pay for private care. My complaint sent last year is still to receive a response.

I've been attempting to secure a medical exemption for my parathyroid for a couple of months now, but I haven't received any correspondence yet. When I visited the centre for an update, the receptionists were unhelpful and suggested I search for the NHS service on google. Additionally, I've been struggling to receive treatment for my shoulder pain for several months now. Although a referral was made, I still haven't heard from them. I’m changing GP practice.

Have been a patient of Waterloo Health Centre for many years and have nothing but praise for the excellent service provided. The doctors and support staff are very professional and helpful. Their new premises are modern and airy.

They are a decent practice. I’ve always been able to find appointments, and if it’s an online one they usually speak to me on same day I requested. I’ve had good experiences with the salaried doctors and nurses. I did have a bad experience with a locum, who was dismissive and condescending, and did not completely warn me about the medication they were prescribing. I had to look it up on NHS. I think this may be the reason why some people may have inconsistent experiences in the practice. My limited experience with locums suggests they are not very patient and do not seem very empathetic.

I would urge people to not register at this facility. The staff have been rude to me 100% of the time and are not helpful.  Sometimes calling for a doctor is very personal and stressful situation and the reception and phone staff make this experience extremely distressing. Beyond rude and disgusting attitude toward their patients and registered visitors.

Excellent GP surgery, I’ve been going here for around 8 years. Dr Wallis and Dr Verghese are fantastic, I’ve really appreciated their support and advice, and they’re really supportive about mental health issues too

I always manage to get an appointment on the same day. The online appointment booking system is brilliant as I don’t have to wait on he phone. The gps are really kind. My 10 month old son has also had brilliant care here. It’s amazing!
