Very easy to get phone appointment, even same day. Video appointment too sometimes.  Been discussing an ongoing issues with my GPDr Rakhra. No other GP in my experience really listen to what you have to say. Dr Rakhra has been very helpful and I am considering her advise more.

Been with this practice for nearly two years, so to all the lovely receptionists and doctors and nurses working there: you are the best! Sadly leaving due to change of address if only I could change that back! Truly recommend them if you live in the area.

We have been registered with Waterloo practice for 7 years and every time I called them for any issue, they ve been very efficient and proactive. Cannot give them more than 5 stars but for sure they deserve more.

Only dealt with the practice over the phone. All the reception staff was very friendly and helpful every time I spoke to them. Was getting antidepressants, so it was a bit strange to have the consultation with the doctor over the phone about it.

I was registered with this practise for a few years and honestly I only ever had good experiences..I was able to get appointments when needed and I found the staff and doctors competent and helpful.

They always find a space to see me and every doctor/nurse I have met there has been kind and professional. There isn't a manic rush at 8am to get an appointment either which is rare!
