I Love this clinic, when I am not able to get in to see my family doctor rifht away. The Doctor at this clinic is soooooo amazing, shes very knowledgeable, thoughtful and courteous. By far one of the best walkin doctors I have ever seen
I went there for a ear pain in August 2022. The person sitting there not sure if he is a doctor checked my ears and said my ears are inflamed and I have an ear infection. I had an intuition this is not right diagnosis. The lady doctor called me on phone after 5 hours and prescribed me ‘Ciprodex’ drops for ear infection. I knew this was not correct but she said based on the guy’s analysis this is my issue. I travelled 2 hours to Waterloo the next day to see my family doctor and he checked my ear and confirmed my ears are perfectly fine and I do not have any ear infection. My nose was causing the issue and he gave me tablets and nasal drops to resolve it. I had asked st. Andrews clinic to give me a referral to an ENT doctor and they sent the referral to ENT doctor but even after 4 months and multiple follow ups I never got a call back from ENT doctor. Highly disappointed with this clinic. They dint do follow ups with the doctors and the diagnosis was WRONG in the first place. If you already know what your diagnosis is then you can just go here to pick up the medicine. Sorry to say but No other use for this clinic.
went in with a kidney infection, received incomplete care. no results were sent, phone was not answered for weeks answering machine was full. when i called, i was told nobody reached out as nothing was found on the tests?! what if it was my appendix or something?? a doctor you cannot reach is useless and dismissive receptionist is rude at best. thanks for seeming like you were helping while not helping at all. i am still sick a month later!!! edit: you were not prompt to reply. you didn't reach out by phone or email; i called during business hours for 2 weeks and got no answer and your machine was full i do notice you are prompt to reply here outside of business hours, though... criticism is not abuse. do better.
I have been to St. Andrew's Walk-in Clinic a few times and I can't remember an instance in which things didn't work or went wrong! Dr. Vesna Radivojevic and Jamie have been quite understanding, supportive, and prompt! Sometimes a process or two may have taken a bit longer, which, I believe, may have been part of the process, but my experience has been very positive, overall! I'd surely recommend both the clinic and the doctor! Thank you!
Absolutely thrilled to finally have a great walk in clinic with a welcoming reception & great Dr Who took time to explain everything without rushing. Highly recommended.
I Want to thank this place first. I took my 2 year old kid to this clinic and it was amazingly quick in taking care of us, the assistant rightly got us to see the doctor. The doctor was excellent in his way too and quickly got us prescribed medicine at onsite pharmacy. I was also surprised to see the medications were already ready, as we got out from doctor, the one medication was not covered but the pharmacist was so helpful in her service that she contacted doctor rightly and got it changed to the similar medication which was covered. This place was worth to visit as it saved my time and money both. Thank you again for your quick great help to us.
FYI for all this clinic is virtual appointments only. They could be great with those, I have no idea - but I would have appreciated if that was more highly advertised since I came in for an issue that needed a doctor on site. I waited for over a half hour no receptionist at the desk just to be turned away.
I am very pleased with the services I have received at this clinic. I have been using the clinic services for more than a year. I am grateful to all the doctors working at St Andrew’s clinic, especially Dr. Hong and Dr. Khan. Recently, I also had a consultation with Dr. Vesna, she was also friendly and professional. I was surprised that I always get an appointment on the same day. I am also thankful to the amzing staff working at this clinic, Physicians Assistant Rupinder and Jamie, always been helpful, polite and professional with their work.
Absolutely amazing experience. I cannot believe that I was in and out of a walk in clinic in less than 20 minutes. I got a prescription for my medication from the clinic and the doctor was really friendly and accommodating. All of my questions were answered and I was very satisfied. I got my medication from andrews pharmacy and all of the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.
