Brockwell Park Surgery

Absolutely excellent GP surgery. I have been with them years and every GP I have dealt with there has been brilliant.

It's a really great place and a lovely atmosphere to be in. The doctors and nurses are really nice and helpfultimately. Lovely place to go when you are hurt or sick

So glad to have access to this practice. The reception staff are responsive and accommodating, healthcare staff are up to date and caring... And they have a lovely garden by the waiting area. Thank you team, keep up the hard work!

It is an amazing surgery. My kids and I have always been seen when we had a problem, and everyone is so professional there.

I have to agree what was an excellent practice appears to have recently gone down hill. However after being seen today, my confidence was somewhat restored.

Doctor was lovely but every-time I call I haven't had the warmest of welcome from reception. Sound as if they can't be bothered, un-friendly and un-helpful. Made me feel as I was an issue, rather than helping me out. Bit of friendliness doesn't hurt :

I don't think I've been at a surgery that's been so pleasant and efficient. Always get an appointment within 48 hours of calling. Beautiful garden out back. Pleasant and helpful staff. Patient, kind, and competent doctors. The NHS at its absolute best. An exemplary surgery.
