Always well received at the Balham surgery. Victoria and reception staff are really nice and welcoming. Doctors there are great and take their time looking at the issue you encounter.

too many doctors, no assigned doctor that actually communicates with the patient. Some doctors more caring and proactive than others. Completely passive when it comes to results. not contacting me and not chasing up missing results. In my opinion, they don't seem to liase with the NHS hospitals properly

Always friendly and helpful staff since I've been with them for over 10 years and the pharmacy next door aswell

Dr Drake has looked after my husband and I so well. I really feel cared for. I do think it's difficult to get an appointment but once you see the doctors here they are fantastic. Well done all!
