Dr Mitra is a very considerate and empathic man, the surgery is quite well run and they do their best given it's a very busy practice.

I applied here and after a week of not hearing anything I call only to find they misplaced my application form, blamed it on me, and told me to apply again.

Dr May is an unkind, dismissive doctor who shows no care and responds with sarcasm. He also does not provide treatment or sufficient advice basically says anything to get you out of the room. AVOID

15 minutes walk from Princess Street Surgery, the difference in quality of the service and health care you get here, in Lambert Walk Group is at least two decades ahead! Two totally opposite sides of NHS. Very knowledgeable and caring medical personnel, helpful, professional reception. A place you can rely on.
