I have not seen one GP ever since I moved to this practice. Called today to get an appointment for a pharmacist review of medication and was told to call the next day to get another appointment. How hard is it to see the upcoming appointments and offer me one even in 2-4 weeks time?
Good service and easy walk in emergency appointment. I'd like to thank the young lady at reception for booking an app with the doctor for me within the hour. A special thank you to Dr Khaled !! He was very caring, understanding and highly knowledgeable in his field. I was met with a smile and given appropriate treatment without delay. Thank you again Dr Khaled God bless you.
Just joined this practice, first impression a phone call to book an appointment. I was delighted with the level of knowledge, professionalism, cooperation compaction, of the reception Mr Foster. Thank you very much for a Harley Street service standards. Keep up the good work.
Useless surgery. Good luck ever getting to speak to a clinician, the best you’ll get is an unhelpful receptionist who will simply repeatedly say “there’s nothing I can do”. EVERYTHING goes through their app, extremely limited human interaction, and using that is the only way to get an appointment, which you will only get on the day as long as your medical needs fall within their convenient time window. Once it reaches around 5pm, you have to wait till the next day to even submit your issue. You can never book an advance appointment - for the next day, next week, or even next month, so you never know when you’ll be able to speak to or see a clinician, totally potluck on the day, and if you miss it you roll the dice again the next day. Crazy. Awful customer service and really impersonal uncaring approach to handling patients. I am dismayed. An embarrassment to the NHS.
Forster was very helpful in arranging for blood test panels to be be listed on my blood test form. Although previously requested, some had been missing from the original test form and results. I’ve just picked up the new blood test form and the required panels for testing are listed. Thank you Forster.
Joined this surgery after moving to London and had nothing but good experiences ! Very helpful staff & the GPs have been the most helpful Doctors I’ve seen. I’ve seen Dr. MIRZA, Ashraful on two occasions and I can’t praise him enough. His been amazing and went out his way to help me and thoroughly explained my problem and took his time during my appointment. I am grateful for seeing such a wonderful doctor.
Booked an appointment to see a Dr due to having locked fingers in the morning and worried about diabetes. I was due to see a GP first for the locked fingers and then go do a diabetes test. GP couldn’t give me any answers for what it could be, couldn’t give me any information, just “if it doesn’t get better, go to A&E”. Are you not meant to be a doctor? Once I finished that I headed over to do my diabetes test. The receptionist said he would “check the system to see if I was diabetic”, is that meant to be the test? I took time off work and this was the service I got? This is a joke, I have no idea how they are allowed to operate with this much ineptitude.
Today I had an appointment for my daughter but the doctor who was supposed to see her called in sick 20 minutes before the appointment. Nevertheless, Ritu, the lady at reception, was wonderful at managing the disruption and finding solutions for patients. She managed to get my daughter be seen by another doctor and we avoided having to wait until Monday. Thank you Ritu, things can happen but the way they are managed can makes a big difference, as you did today! Thanks
I am a patient at Streatham High Practice I have used their app DR IQ since it’s launch in a few words it’s an excellent app that allows me to order repeat prescriptions ask questions of clinicians without an appointment and for a busy working person it’s excellent if you haven’t downloaded the App I strongly suggest you do It takes away the need to phone visits the surgery for non essential reasons and in my humble opinion is a useful tool for patients that will help take the strain off an already decimated NHS
The worst of the worst. They don’t know how to do their job . Don’t discuss about the reception who are all rude. Still 3 years and I am waiting to have a blood test they don’t book you if you don’t a serious reason . They know my body better than me . You must die to see you . This place should be closed and those who work there should be out of a job. You call to ask something while there is no priority line and they put you on hold.
