The absolute worst NHS service I have ever used. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND WILL NOT DO THE BARE MINIMUM TO ENSURE YOUR HEALTH AND CARE. Most incompetent NHS workers in the entire industry. This location is so poorly run it genuinely should be closed. Nobody should have to suffer through the shoddy "service" they provide.
At my last appointment at Streatham High Road Practice, I was greeted with a lovely new receptionist Jade who booked me in with a smile and gave me some advice that was very helpful as a new mother. She even have me a new baby goodie bag when I left. Excellent service from front of house staff and medical practitioners.
It may feel chaotic when you first visit as the signage is very poor, but the team is great. They're really quick to respond and they've put in place several ways to be contacted remotely.
I had my jab with very professionalism. I'm proud of them
