The staffs can do a better job!! There are always 4 people upstairs however somehow no one can get their jobs right?!? I had told them I had lost my phone however, was passed around to their next colleagues who wasn't even present. Then went to talk to another staff members just to be told the same and unfortunately they don't even have a number or link for the lost property according to them. So when I finally found the person who I was looking for they gave an attitude to me. I had told them I have lost my phone but was dismissed saying I just started my shift and I was waiting for his response but was dismissed saying give me your phone ill give you a number. MY PHONE? I JUST TOLD YOU I LOST MY PHONE? and he was like Im just trying help but like I said I started my shift. LIKE GIRL IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB LEAVE? We literally pay tickets and all for the train just for you all to go strikes too like....?
Convenient for tube and train. Taxis available. Good station.
A wonderful train station with loads of commuter services from Southwestern and Thameslink and the Trams and District line. There is also a lot of things to do at Wimbledon. And occasionally Platforms 6 and 7 are in service when the Wimbledon tennis is on
Station itself good with good links, lots of outlets to see you through your journey. However, the toilets were grim! I don’t say that lightly.
Very busy with both foot and vehicle traffic. Looks to be thriving but an awful lot of restaurants and cafes. Fine for those who enjoy that but not for me
