It's very lovely part of London. It has great amenities, a river flows through it, and it's close. To a very large park where you can come across red deer, fallow deer, and hear the squawking of parrots. My favorite part is Isobella Plantation.
Great station with excellent connections to the city and many other destinations via South Western Railway and London overground. No need to pre book tickets, just tap Oyster or debit/credit card. Richmond to Waterloo in just over 20mins.nReally helpful and friendly staff at the visitor information area.
Clean Train Station with Toilet , M&S shop, Gregg, Heidi Cafe, Pret a manger cafe and another one. Very convenient. Very clean station you can take District line, overground, southwest Train station. There is a tourist information booth as well as Richmond Park is very beautiful to explore.
It's a tube/train station.nNothing exciting unless you like the architecture.nWhen the drivers are on strike, the station has no use to the general public.nWhen drivers decide that they are going to work, its an ideal place to catch a tube or train and leave the confines of Richmond behind you and explore the world.
