Very polite staff who are able to help and assist passengers here at the station. There's a nice selection of flowers on display and it looks like the station has been kept in a good condition. The subway that connects the two platforms isn't wheelchair accessible however both t entrances are more than accessible so it makes up.

(Friday 05/01/2018 8.40 pm) Me and my wife are both wheelchair-users and we need a ramp to board overground train. A station worker was not quite happy to go for an accessible ramp, take it and slide it. We were interrogated by this worker, where we have been, what for... But finally he put the ramp. I was a little shocked because I have never met with such behaviour in the Overground. Maybe he never slide the ramp before and therefore his was reluctant to do it.

London overground keep their stations really nicely and even get some planting in. Excellently maintained and a credit to the staff, love this line, clean air conditioned trains
