Step free access is possible from both sides of the station and a pair of ticket machines is provided on Platform 1 as well as a ticket office and cycle storage on Platform 2. The level crossing has long dwell times due to the congested nature of the line so if possible, it's best to use the footbridge when the barriers are down.

Very convenient from central London and all other places of importance. Not crowded at any hour. Excellent residential area around.

Accessible without using stairs, although using the footbridge is often quicker. No barriers here, and Sheen is only a few steps from the exit.
