Bit dated and more like a large pub . Food was average . Quantity was not enough compared to other places we have been. Service was good. Tea selection only 5 types. Would have expected more range
The afternoon tea was excellent. The staff were vere friendly.
Lovely afternoon spent here for afternoon tea. The waiters were friendly and kept topping up our teapots. The food was delicious and very filling. Staff were friendly. Would recommend this place.
Friend booked afternoon tea...it was average scones was nice veg sandwiches not too great...quiet atmosphere
The location is perfect. Comfortable beds and rooms. Very clean. The only downside was breakfast. For that price one would expect some more choice than sausage and beans followed by scrambled eggs powder eggs. Coffee could be done from proper coffee machine which unfortunately is not.
Stayed here perhaps 20 years ago, came back for a seminar. It’s cool
Great Mayfair hotel that doesnt cost the earth. A tad tired but staff are very friendly.
Very nice hotel, clean, new, with helpful staff. Excellent location, The rooms are very nice and comfortable, and look fairly new, perhaps a recent remodel. I loved this place so i will be coming back again.
