Good location for exploring London easy access to tubes and beautiful walks in Hyde park. Room was tired with fixtures and fittings needing attention. Breakfast was great and waiting staff very attentive and helpful. Reception staff not overly friendly a smile costs nothing.
Terrible service and dirty room in disrepair - the shower didn't drain and the chair was stained. Over priced. The only thing going for it is the location.
